Not What it used to Be, Not Even Close

Quality drops with every visit. The "Resort Fee" is now $50 U.S.D. for Internet and Gym. I have my own Internet and Gym and they still demanded I pay this, FOR NOTHING. Best part with Tax it is $57 U.S.D. Avoid the Strip View, it is a very modest view and is not worth the surchage. Even the Poker Room is no longer 24 Hours. They keep slashing qualily and increasing prices. In the past when Venetian was High Quality, I would stay 10 nights. Now the Resort Fee alone for 10 nights is $570 U.S.D.
Very professional stay. Made us feel at home.

Very professional, the staff made us feel at home. Staff was always available when needed. Everyone was very helpful and courteous also knowledgeable when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return.
NEVER STAY HERE! DISGUSTING

This is the last hotel I will ever stay at again in Las Vegas. My room was disgusting and no one seemed to care, despite reaching out to the desk & Jonathan James, FOM. Bathroom floor not vacuumed, Shower Gel EMPTY (so did they leave all used items?), dirty in-room slippers left by the bed! The only staff that responded was the text option which they said they would comp the resort fees....this is useless to a business traveler who had a meeting at this hotel as using the resort was not an option.
Poor Housekeeping and Questionable Parkade Safety

This is an absolutely beautiful resort with a lot of wonderful restaurants and activities. However, while we were there we found the housekeeping services to be extremely disappointing. We were there for a total of four nights, and after the first night our room was cleaned. However, for the remainder of our time, we received no housekeeping at all. We found ourselves calling reception for items like clean towels, tissues and toilet paper. On the day we left, all of our garbages were absolutely overflowing. We were at the Venetian, not a 1/2 star hotel or an Airbnb. We expected much better service. When this matter was addressed in a Venetian resort survey after we left, guest relations wrote us back that they were "disappointed that we (they) missed your (our) expectations" and "it is never our (their) intention to cause guests any stress or inconvenience and we (they) strive to create a warm personalized environment for all guests". This response is comical as how did the resort think that requiring us to request toilet paper, tissues or fresh towels for 3 days was "a warm personalized environment"? How was that not an inconvenience? Our "expectations" were not unreasonable.... we just expected very basic things like toilet paper be readily available without begging for it! Furthermore, this is not necessarily the Ventian's fault, but my husband and I did have a very negative experience with a masked man following us into the Venetian's self-park parkade. The man was acting strangely in the elevator and followed us very closely from the elevators of the garage. When we stopped walking (because we were concerned for our safety) and started whispering, the man walked backwards in an odd manner to hide in the elevator area. We decided it was unsafe to go to our car (where we thought there were no cameras), so we returned to the elevator area (where there are cameras) and the man bolted past us, pulling up his hoodie as he ran. There is a lot of violence and crime in Las Vegas nowadays; be careful and safe everyone!
Yes yes yes!

Omgggg!!! What a stunning hotel resort. I want to live here forever. Beautiful suites at very affordable rates. Beautifully decorated, feels ultra luxurious and every one we gives service with a smile from the valet to the check-in desk, bell boy to room service ... every one was so polite and welcoming. The hotel as a whole smells so nice from the moment you walk in the doors. Good vibes in the casino and shopping areas. Lovely shops and nice dining options available throughout. I love love love the indoor canals with the gondolas, especially the painted ceilings. Our suite was on the 9th floor, super quiet and the bed was so comfortable I wanted to stay in there all day. 24H room service. Free wifi. Valet parking for $40 per day. Traffic can be crazy on the weekend, but I can't complain, I had a ton of fun.
