We had an amazing time at Secrets. Beautiful setting. Great service. Everyone went out of their way to ensure out stay was the best it could be.

We had a great trip to Secrets. There were plenty of food options, the service was excellent and the resort was overall very nice. I can’t say enough nice things about the way we were taken care of. From the shuttle drivers to the concierge to the housekeeping staff…everyone was wonderful. Henry at the pool bar is a legend. He constantly went out of his way to take care of me and my family and he keeps the energy high! Same goes for Alonso. These guys had what you need before you knew you needed it! The food was great. Definitely schedule a reservation at hibachi. Depending on what side of the resort you’re on, be sure not to miss out on Aqua by the spa. One thing to note - breakfast and lunch at Seaside Grill are for Preferred Members only. The resort is super hilly but there are lots of shuttles. We stayed in the 400s at the top of the resort and I walked up and down to and from the room daily. Most everyone walks down and gets a ride back up. We went to town using Ubers and had no issues. Playa Del Coco was only about 15 minutes away and there was a ton to do there. For our family, it was a good place to go but definitely more focused on couples. That said, we had an excellent experience overall.

Best beach resort I’ve been to. All around great service, food and activities. I recommend Costa Rica as a destination and this resort and will go again. Yoga classes and pool exercise activities were fun and the beach is beautiful. The cottages are lovely and comfortable and quiet.

The resort is nestled in the side of the mountains, and has a beautiful beach area that spans the entire resort. The roads are windy and very steep, but there is a 24/7 shuttle that runs and will drive you around to where you want to be. Restaurants - we did not have a bad experience at any of them. I recommend the Japanese Restaurant for the Hibachi Grill (does require a seating reservation). Pools are busy (we did not sit by the quiet pool). Staff is always helpful and accommodating. ETeam is the best!!!! Merari, Eduardo, Yasnari, Nazareth, Jani and Matthews keep you involved and having fun all day and night. I would recommend this resort as there is alot to do off the resort as well, to see the Natural parts of Costa Rica.

Lovely stay away. Central to key entertainment, facilities, and shops. Everything we needed was located near enough the the resort. To improve would be entertainment. We had to find our own stuff to do on evenings which meant spending more. Yet overall, a good stay
