This was a stop over stay after a long trip to the Philippines on my way back to Sacramento with my wife. We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The staff is usually amazing and the facilities well maintained! Perfect for travelers coming and going through LAX! Free shuttle to and from the airport for hotel guests. Nice facility!

Very pleasant airport stay that checks all the boxes. Note that shuttle DOES NOT PICK UP ON GROUND TRANSPORTATION LEVEL. Go to the departures level, one level up from ground transportation. It may look like you're in the wrong spot but walk down the sidewalk until you get to a red sign labeled "hotel pickup." We waited less than 50 seconds for shuttle even though we arrived at 1130pm. The hotel shares a shuttle with Quik Park but it's clearly marked. Quiet and clean room with coffee pods. Coffee shop around the corner in lobby with many convenience items. Couldn't ask for more!!

We wanted to thank Marquis at the front desk for making our stay so much nicer. He was so professional and courteous - we really appreciated his efforts. We were in transit and had to stay the night at LAX and with his help everything was a smooth experience. Great people working here.

Great clean and conveniently located hotel. We stayed here after a long haul flight from Australia so we could have a decent rest before jumping on the next flight the next morning. The shuttle service from the airport is very handy, we did struggle a little bit to find it at first (a combo of jet lag and the chaos that is LAX), it is a bit of a walk away from the international terminal and on the second level. Not really any food options nearby that we could see but could get Uber eats instead. I wouldn’t rate the breakfast, the staff were lovely and very attentive however the food was pretty average and the fruit in the buffet was noticeably spoiling. We didn’t realise if we had have turned right instead of left to the breakfast room, there is a little store with coffee and that would have done us fine instead. Would certainly come back here again if transiting through LA.

We booked as a layover at the start and end of our trip. Both times were great. The shuttle is extremely convenient. Location to airport is great. The pool outside was large with some nice seating around. The gym on the top floor was really good and had amazing view of everything! Most importantly, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.
