Let me tell you about the hail Mary pass with 2 seconds left in the game. These players saved the game for excellence oyster bay service. Dane, Kenisha,John-Noe Shonjaye, chef Melvin, Dwight, Ricky. The level of service they provided us at the Zenith was definitely the epitome of excellence resort. We felt like they turned our opinion around and we did eat on more than one occasion. We felt like some of the service was not up to par from what we received in excellence El Carmen. The staff at zenith need to train the rest of the resort staff especially the EC staff.

This place is amazing! Very laid back and relaxing! Our servers bringing drinks from the bar to us at the pool - Tamika, litonia and Cassandra were amazing! Also Michael and Jason our bar tenders were great! The food isn’t amazing here, but it is a very nice resort! Not worrying about time and adjusting to the Jamaican life style is awesome! Don’t listen to the rest of these comments saying this isn’t a nice resort. It’s awesome!

Beautiful resort. I'd like to mention Camika, who works tirelessly outside serving drinks to the pool area. She even helped me when I got lotion on my eyes. Also Jamala from the Magna restaurant. Just excellent service and OWayne at the swim up bar. He was so kind and helpful. I hope this resort remains elegant and continues to thrive. The Entertainment at the pool was so fun. RiRi and Cash and Kenny. Great job. The only issue was cold outdoor hot tubs. Disappointed they aren't heated.

Our honeymoon at EOB was over the top incredible. It absolutely exceeded our expectations to the point where we couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. Wonderful employees, food and drink, beautiful beach and resort!! We enjoyed the excellence club and honeymoon package; we will certainly do excellence club the next time we go! We loved the private club beach area - the employees were so great! They had our lounger set up with towels and pillows each day waiting for us to return. There were board games so we played scrabble each day! So fun! The drinks were fantastic and we had a great time at all of the events throughout the day and evening. The silent disco was lit!! The kitchen table breakfast buffet was the spot, but we also really loved the food at the Magna Club restaurant. We also enjoyed our time paddleboarding at Mikeys on the beach or playing pool at the games area!! Great vacation - we are definitely returning soon

I really was excited to try this new resort, we’ve always loved Jamaica & expected so much more but it really just fell flat. We selected the beach house and heard great things about them but what I didn’t realize is they aren’t all great. We were placed in BH1201, possibly the worst one. It’s directly next to the main pool & DJ but that’s not the worst part. You can’t see the ocean bc they have god awful trees directly in front of the balcony, you also have ZERO beach access from either side/balcony. The topper to it was the ridiculous construction being done directly attached to our wall. They were building some sort of jerk shack so our right side view was completely obstructed by a barrier they put up, the incessant banging, hammering, dropping of tools and materials was so much fun at 8am too. We put up with it for 2 days then requested a new BH but told them ONLY 1-7. If you’re going to choose a beach house make sure you request only those or your beach access is limited or non existent, basically paying for something you’re not going to get. Beach house 6 was our next stop and made all the difference. Turns out the next 2 couples put into our old room also requested to be transferred. The dress codes are absolutely ridiculous for this place. They can try all they want to make this a fancy, gotta get dressed up for EVERY restaurant but it will never be THAT good. The food is mediocre, the restaurants themselves are the same, the food meh definitely could be much better. Expect dinner to take at least 2-3 hours, they are that slow. By the time our main dish arrived we were so hungry & aggravated we couldn’t enjoy it. Only so much wine you can have while waiting and only so many “your meal is coming out shortly” you want to hear before you just up and leave. I get this is an island and hey you’re on vacation so what’s the rush but when you get to dinner hungry at 6 and still don’t have your main course by 8:45 then you tell me how happy you’d be. You must also be very specific when you order food. If the menu lets you choose between bacon, sausage, etc and you say I’d like sausage make sure you say “I want 2 whole pieces of sausage” or you’ll get a piece of a hot dog. A hot dog is their idea of sausage and they slice 1 hot dog into 5 pieces and they’ll serve you 1 sliver. The grounds I’m sure in a year or so will become nice, it’s newly built so it didn’t bother me so much that the whole place is just dirt with small beginner trees planted so don’t expect lush greenery with tropical flowers you can have photo ops in front of. Staff for the most part were nice, we went to the martini bar on a few occasions and ended up not going back if we saw Oswald was there. He was miserable, obviously isn’t a fan of making martinis & have you the look of “oh come on” when you ordered. All in all we won’t return to Excellence. For what we paid, $4,000 for a 7 day stay we’ll gladly go back to Sandals or an AM Resort.
