    We came here on vacation during the pandemic and we felt so safe. There was barely anyone else there, the resort was kept very clean & social distancing/masks were enforced the whole time. The entire staff was amazing too! Kasuli, Travis, Jevaun, Hartlon and Michael with the entertainment team made our trip so much fun! The lifeguard,Tevil and bartenders, Ronaldo, Shane and Jevaun, were so much fun as well. Overall the trip was amazing and so relaxing! We will definitely be returning in the future!

    The perfect escape

    My best girlfriend and I decided escape to Hyatt Zilara to bring in 2021. We stayed at the junior suite ocean front. Rooms are quite large and beds face the water which is really nice We were a little concerned about what Covid protocols they had in place. Our fears instantly vanished. "Face masks required" signs were displaced everywhere. Security gently remind if you forget ,and sanitizing is going on constantly. Staff superb . Never meet one person not on their A game. If you are a pool person, there is a huge pool installation, parts are infinity, other give a sense you are alone. Drinks are good, but if you ask for a double shot of rum, they become great. We hung out at the beach . Although it was not large, there are plenty of lounge chairs and ample space for social distancing. You don't have to move a muscle, whatever you want will be cheerfully brought to you. A very special shout out to Neera, who took care of us at breakfast. Anthony at the Jerk shack near the pool. He does the job of two people and also Keisha. You must try the jerk chicken and grill corn. I couldn't get enough of it. Finally , Robert Dickson, YOU ARE THE MAN, the brightest star. Impeccable service. If you are fortunate enough to be at his table, it will be memorable. Zilara was fabulous, staff extraordinary . We are already thinking about an encore to bring in 2022.

    The staff at the resort are the most kind and caring we have ever experienced. We were spoiled for the entire week of our stay. Room service was brought up within 15 minutes each time..., we were often asked if we needed a drink on the beach (but not bothered), food choices were abundant even though not all restaurants were open due to COVID.

    my only comment - in the restaurant, at dinner time, you should not be served with paper napkins. Also the rolls served should be warmed. Jason at check in should be commended - he was very helpful. I do understand that due to covid the ameneties were not placed in the room, but whatever I requested was brought to me very quickly.

    I was nervous to travel during the Covid-19 pandemic, but the resort was very clean and took the utmost precautions. It was very appreciated. Rooms were ver clean and well maintained. The majority of staff was very friendly. Elvis, our beach server, was absolutely wonderful. He was friendly, accommodating, and personal. Robert, a dinner server, was also excellent. As well as, Natalie at breakfast and lunch. She is a ray of sunshine! Hayden ( I believe that was his name? ) at the Zilara lobby bar at nights was also incredible and accommodating. We really enjoyed taking to him. Really excellent staff in general ???? However, We were not impressed with the quality food at this resort, especially for dinner, or the quality of wine offered with the all inclusive. While they did offer other wines by the bottle, the markup was astronomical. Breakfast at urban eats was my favorite meal. The jerk chicken is also very good for lunch . I do not remember the man’s name that worked there, but he was also great! We prefer a quieter getaway, but some of the other guests were rowdy and obnoxious at the pool. We did find some quiet moments but something to keep in mind.
