We are about to leave today to go back home to ont .we were at the laberostar rose hall beach for 7 days .we had a relaxing 7 days of sunny hot weather .we swan had a few cool drinks went for dinner at the specialty restaurant the food was good .we ate mostly at the buffet restaurant the food was ok.nothing exceptional we went and seen a magic show it was amazing Our concierge jovayne was exceptional and helped us out alot .

Arrived at the resort check in was a breeze in the beautiful lobby. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was on the 3rd floor we had partial ocean view and we loved it. very clean. The pools decks were very clean, and the bar staff was busy getting drinks out to the visitors. LOVE LOVE the beach. we swam in the ocean every day and never had an issue. Hubby did some snorkeling, seen some neat fish. our beds and pillows were probably the best we ever had. the al la carts were great, we all enjoyed them. BUT that buffet was something else, never went hungry, all the hard-working friendly staff really made our trip enjoyable. the Entertaiment was spectacular. there are salespeople on the beach and if you aren't interested, they are cool with it, just ppl trying to make a living. very friendly to visit with also. I read some of these remarks on here about this resort, I honestly can't see where they got all the negativity from. I felt safe to leave my group and wonder around alone. I am a early riser and sat on the beach with my candy crush and coffee, no one bothered me.. You usually get treated how you treat them *RESPECT* not one bad word or feelings towards the Iberostar Beach or its staff... one love..

Iberostar rose hall beach resort has absolutely been THE BEST experience I’ve ever had as far as all inclusive resorts. The staff was amazing, so helpful, and catered to all of my family’s needs. Our stay was everything we could’ve asked for! Our first day we struggled to find our room and security Shamary Edmund, an exceptional young man escorted my family to our room. He helped with our bags, briefly explained how the amenities in our room worked, told us a little about the property, and the night club. I’ve been to plenty of resorts before and I’ve never received such incredible service that was given at Iberostar Rose hall Beach resort. I’ve already recommended this resort to friends and family and I will continue to do so! The only issue we had was the vendors on the beach, as they were a little intimidating. Other than that I will definitely be back soon.

I was a little apprehensive after reading bad reviews, but having just returned from a 10 day stay with my family - mix of ages. Not sure I understand comments about limited food, we were there during Spring break, and it was nothing short of amazing, the sheer number of options meant there was always something for everyone. Sending special thanks to Barman known as 'The Doktor' for the most amazing cocktails and great laughs Our Beautiful concierge Jelicia took care of all our enquiries and trips. There are many others across the Iberostar team who we are very grateful for making our first trip to Jamaica a memorable one inc. Waitresses (service was second to none), the Lobby Musicians (just wow), Reggae night Jamaican night and poolside entertainers  'Yeh Mon!!'. Would not hesitate to recommend. We met others who have returned time snd time again, in need of maintenance in a few rooms and communal areas

Toning is amazing always there for a drink. I would recommend her 10/10 I wanna shout kerrando from pool bar he is pretty amazing makes great drinks as a great personality. I wanna thank you to Iberostar team for my making our trip an amazing one we will surely be back.oh yeah and the food it is really great please to keep up the good work and especially to Toniann I am coming back for her with her great great work ethics thank you ToniAnn you made me a family I’ll never forget you
