We stayed in the resort for couple days. I love everything about it. The restaurants in the resort offer extra convenience as we don't have to worry going outside for food. The pool is great. The new hotel is very beautiful, unfortunately, we did not book a room in the new hotel. I will definitely stay there one day.

This resort was one that our family havent tried so we decided to give it a shot for a spontaneous family vacation. Boy were we shocked. Theres absolutely nothing Disney about it besides the name. We were stuck in casitas complex so it wasnt even the main building. It was so far like a cast away step child. It took us half an hour just to find the room. Theres nobody there to help or assist. I called the front desk twice for 2 different things. Not only did they not know the answers, they gave me the wrong answers. The staff is unknowledgeable, rude, and can care less. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Resort was great. Good restaurants for meal plans. Staff was excellent and very helpful with check-in and check-out process. We stayed in the Ranchos area. All rooms close to transportation to all of Disney’s parks.

My husband and I just stayed at the Coronado Springs during early December and we were very happy with our stay! The resort and all of its renovations are beautiful. If you get a chance, make sure you visit the Dahlia Lounge on the top floor of the tower. The view is beautiful and you get a nice view at the Hollywood Studios fireworks from up there. The resort is quite large so we felt we did a lot of walking around it but that didn’t bother us. The room was clean and updated but the walls are definitely thin as we could hear everything goin on above us. Overall, we would definitely stay again. We normally stay at the Dolphin but we’re very pleased with our stay here and would return.

What an amazing resort! It was absolutely beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurants and bar areas clean and welcoming and the food very good. The “Dig Site” pool area was also kept immaculate with and endless supply of towels. The character cup given to each guest was a nice surprise for the grandkids who were thrilled at being able to take it to the snack area and get their own free soft drinks. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting the Disney complex. Our family can’t wait to go back!
