Do not stay here if want good customer service

This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the resort, it will also be our last. We were promised a type of room on booking but given another on check-in. 4 people crowded into a small one-bedroom studio when you booked a one-bedroom deluxe with a living room and full kitchen, which does not make for an enjoyable experience. After 2 days the property was able to put us into the type of room we originally booked, hats off to Orlando who came from another property to help in getting us into the right room. Orlando and the bellman who helped us were the only good thing about the entire stay. We could never reach anyone on the phone for any kind of service if our phone even worked. We could not talk to anyone at any of the hospitality or concierge desks because there was hardly anyone present. If anyone was present there was always a line because there were so many issues at the property. Most of the employees had serious attitude issues and were not pleasant to interact with. Management was not concerned with the safety of anyone on the property. There were a group of boys jumping and diving into the pool who nearly jumped on a few children including my daughter. We went to management and asked them if they could address it, they did not. I will find another property to stay at next time I am in Orlando and I will tell others about this property as well. Stay as far away as possible.

Upon checking in, we asked for a room with a nice view of the pool. Did not happen, as they were sold out for spring break. Once we checked in, I noticed at a glance that the place was not clean, just a women’s intuition. The carpet had not been swept, sticky residue on tables, etc. glass rings everywhere, stove still had food on it along with grease, open cabinets in the kitchen only to find grease and food remnants in there as well, pots and pans still had grease left on, not sure the beds were changed as remnants of stuff on sheets. We are owners here and are appalled by this resort. They advertise this resort as a luxury resort, I have been to 4-5 star resorts and this does not even begin to compare. I suggest all parties interested in staying here to please investigate and read reviews. This resort is a timeshare property. Based on that, people are given great rates to stay here, then they must take the unwanted dreaded tour and the pressure talks begin. BEWARE!!!! You can find better lodging with properties who actually care about their customers. This place is discusting!!!!!!
Hassle Cancelling

Just tried to cancel a reservation and system doesn't recognize the confirmation number or email that they used to send the confirmation to. Glad I read the reviews before showing up! Their website makes it impossible to contact them by email, so will wait until the office is open.
Spring break ‘21

Pretty ok place, but lots of loud loud families. Very thin windows don’t keep out the noise. Pool is open until 10 pm with packed kids and loud adults. Kind of a sketchy crowd. We didn’t enjoy the surroundings, and left early for another resort.
Don’t!!! You’ll find a better place in Orlando for sure

I stayed from March 20th to March 27th 2021 with my family. We wanted to rest and celebrate my birthday. First thing I notice is that the building and elevator looked really run down and dirty (dirty is specially bad in COVID-19 times). We stayed in room 1242. The room was big, the space was perfect for us. Bathroom seemed recently remodeled and it was nice. The blender was really dirty, looked like someone made berry juice and didn’t clean up well, the toaster was old and dirty, one of the chairs had a big black stain(I regret not taking any pics!!). I have to give it points for the people in guest services and maintainance. We were quickly hooked up with a new blender and toaster. The dryer was really old and loud plus it was not working well but they fix it really quick too. Pillows were horrible. We went out everyday because we didn’t want to use any of the facilities after we saw how dirty everything was. F the price and the pandemic situation I wished they were more clean and careful. Finally, when I came home I realized I left some cash and EarPods that I hid on the safe of the room. Apparently someone STOLE them because they were “nowhere to be found”. I have left things at hotels before and this is the first time that I call right after I leave and realize what I have done and they tell me “oops sorry it’s NOT THERE???” Disappointed. Stay away.
