    Clean hotel, lots of hand sanitizer, and signs to wear masks. Felt safe and staff was helpful. Hotel was under some renovation but didn't bother me. Room was clean, quiet. Only issue was I felt like the A/C was not that strong and would have liked the ability to really have the room cold as it was very hot outside!

    Been to too many old beat up Embassy's so when I read the reviews hearing it was renovated and newer I booked for night as part of a family get away. I came away very impressed by honestly everything and I can write some really nasty reviews for bad places I stay at. Front desk on top of their game, the attention to detail was impressive from clean rooms and elevators to very nice breakfast in the AM with eggs, bacon, and other choices that you would ask for and they would put on your plate as part of the pandemic service they have to do but very well done nonetheless:) Talking to the front desk the owners of the hotel are super detailed so they are even renovated the back offices for the employees. I should add the coy pond and water typically found in Embassy's is a goner now and that made it smell better in the lobby in my opinion. They had a nice new gym and spa and a great pool area. Even the alarm clock by the bed had three displays so you can see the clock from all angles while in your bed or out of bed. All and all don't hesitate to book at this gem of a hotel as I look forward to coming back someday soon.

    Not a great property. Lack of privacy in casitas and very aged. Smokers outside next door flowed into the room. AC continually reset itself. Were definitely nicer options at this price point based on past experience.

    Our room was completely re-done with new furniture, drapes, carpeting etc. Bath now has walk in shower instead of tub. Lobby remodel was almost finished. They had limited complimentary breakfast, and limited happy hour. Once Covid rules lessen, the full regular experience will be back. Great place to stay.

    I’ve stayed here in the past with family. Before renovations it was great. Best breakfast best staff, best everything. Now no bar, breakfast is sad, and you get stuck with noisy neighbor’s . not what it used to be.
