Each and every time I visit Mousai, I look forward to seeing Irving at Hiroshi’s, who provides the best service possible. I so appreciate him going above and beyond to make us feel special on our trips and being so warm and sincere. Thank you, Irving!

Well respected and well earned 5 stars! Can't say enough good things about his resort, it's best you try it on for size and experience it yourself. Of course you have to walk or take trolley to beach but no biggie considering it's good exercise. Exercise you will need after consuming all the incredible, tasty food and amazing drinks. The watermelon fresh is their signature drink and man ohhhh man is it good!!! Will definitely make another appearance at this property. Love PV and all it has to offer. Exceptionally attentive and friendly staff. You won't be disappointed.

This is our thirds time to Hotel Mousai and it has become the only place we stay in Mexico. We love the corner suites and the amazing options we have to either enjoy being social on the rooftop with an incredible cocktail, or having a quite afternoon on our private balcony. The restaurants are top notch and are always updating their menus. We are always surprised by how each one its able to innovate and bring new flavors to the table, while still staying true to the heritage of their individual restaurants. With all that said, Hotel Mousai would not be as special as it is without the people that make it what it is. We are only half way through our current trip, but there are so many people we want to mention and thank for their service. Ricardo (with the front desk staff): You been the one to welcome up on the last two of our trips to Mousai and you make it feel like we are coming home when we drive up. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome, whether it is when we first arrive, or each time we pass through the lobby. Jennifer (Concierge): Our last trip was almost two years ago and you remembered who we were and where we were from. Thank you for always making sure we are taken care of and have everything we could desire. Jeni (hostess at the terrace and rooftop): you are so welcoming and cheerful in the morning at the terrace. Thank you for setting a joyful tone to our day. Mateo (at the terrace): What can we say about you Mateo, other that you have made our stays at Mousai a joy time and time again. You make breakfast at the terrace the highlight of our day. The food is great, but your personality and the way you invite us into such a full experience is the best part. You are honestly someone we talk about all year when we thin back on our times a Mousai. Irving and Jose (at Hiroshi): You two have been so good to us. It was so good to be served by you on Tuesday night and then again on Friday. Thank you for inviting us into a totally different sushi experience that we have every had. I can’t stop taking pictures of (and eating) the FOOD!!! My husband isn’t a big sushi fan but took one for the team and brought me here for dinner. Both gentlemen went out of their way to ensure he/we understood the menu and went out of their way to make our night incredible. Highly recommend!!!
