We had the most amazing stay at Now Amber. The hotel was clean and the staff very attentive. The servers Oliver, Fernando, Benito, Enrique and Hector at Carnival (one of their many restaurants) always made us feel special. We will definitely be coming back.

Now Amber is a beautiful hotel. Staff is wonderful. Oliver Fernando, Benito, Enrique & Hector went above & beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Thank you Now Amber we will definitely see you again.

We travel with my BFF and her son for 5 nights, he's a teenager my son is a kid , we where nervous if it will be ok for all of us , and it was not ok,it was perfect ! We loved the services, food, pools , beach ,cleanse the only we did not like was to stayed only 5 nights, we did some outdoor activities very close by , we could call an uber anywhere.We will definitely come back .

What makes this place stand out is the service. Wonderful servers like Daniel, Jairo, Claudia and concierge services like those from Noeh, Jairo, and Brian. We got to know them well and they made our stay much more personal and enjoyable. They provided a wonderful family experience and my husband and I were thrilled to enjoy dinner on the beach for our anniversary. Great views and lots to do, too!

We stayed at the Now Amber in Puerto Vallarta for a week in February 2021 and had an amazing experience. Everyone at the resort is very good at following Covid protocols and we felt very safe our entire stay. The service was excellent as well. Fernando, Oliver, and Omar made our stay an awesome one!
