The best place ever will be coming back .charina and Adriana they are amazing and have mad love for them . This was my first time and I will be coming back and hopefully to see my favorite girls. My experience was so good and I will be coming back to see my girls

Phenomenal stay, lopesan is really an incredible place to stay. I have stayed at several high end resorts in the Caribbean and in Punta Cana — this resort is really the best and offers luxury at incredible value. Unique Club is the way to go. Impeccable service. A highlight for us was Ramon, our butler, who was fabulous in every way and worked so hard to make sure we had the perfect stay. Food, amenities, beach club, beach— all were perfect. Location and all else is grand but the stand out is the people here who are caring and thoughtful. It feels so luxurious, warm and safe here. We can’t wait to return!

Excellent environment, all members of staff are welcoming and mannerly - from the kitchen/bar staff, waiters, gardeners, lifeguards, receptionists, gym and entertainment team! Would highly recommend.

Good Hotel. Should have more activities with music and games . The staff should have to be more smiling and warm to guests Food should improve : more fruit and fish But overall, the infrastructure of this hotel is amazing Also, very nice restaurants to have dinner each night

Our family of 10 were at the resort to celebrate my son's 40th birthday. We had the absolute best time because the resort was spectacular. The service was excellent and the food delicious. The specialty restaurants were first class and the chefs prepared mouth-watering meals. Our butler, Andres was first class. From the day we arrived he was always available every day. He spoke and understood English very well so it was easy to communicate. Andres reserved the restaurants for us, organized a birthday cake for my son's 40th birthday and booked the photographer to mark the occasion. He is professional, kind, patient and very efficient at his job. We frequented the Unique buffet for breakfast and lunch most days and loved the view, food and service. The staff are incredibly pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed restful nights because the rooms were well thought of, spacious and very comfortable. Of particular importance, the washrooms in the common areas for all resort guests were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only request would be that the staff speak and understand English, especially at the restaurants. It was difficult ordering a meal that required some change.
