This was an amazing trip with my girlfriends and the spouses. Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The hotel is very clean, the resortbeautiful and the service exception! What made our experience even better was our Butler, Juan, he made sure that we had everything we needed and booked the our experiences without any issues. We will be back and we will request Juan again.

Just returned from a wonderful week stay. The resort is beautiful! One of the prettiest lobbies and plaza bar we've been to. The staff are absolutely amazing! We've been to numerous resorts and by far all of the people we encountered went above and beyond! The grounds are immaculate. We never had a bad meal even in the buffet. (Although some food could've been warmer) We booked a jr suite swim out-non club. We were offered a club swim out with oceanview but had to wait a day to move. After seeing the room we were assigned, room 2125, we declined the move. Room 2125 was directly across from the swimup bar. Our only real complaint which is why we gave this resort a rating of a 4 and not a 5 is the bedding. The mattress is very firm. Most 5 star resorts we've been to have premium bedding. The pillows are horrible! They need to be replaced. We spoke with other guests that said the same. And the way the bed is made! We had a duvet and a sheet on top of it. The duvet wasn't in a duvet cover or placed between 2 sheets. And it didn't look like it had been washed. It was dingy white. Luckly we brought Lysol and sprayed it. I guess we could've complained about it. Towels were another issue. We never knew what we would get everyday. We put a towel down in front of our patio door to wipe our wet feet on so we wouldn't slip when coming in from the pool and the maid took it everyday when she cleaned even though she saw us outside. We had to use the towel (yes 1 towel) that was on the jacuzzi tub and we never got new ones. We had to call to get our refrigerator restocked twice. We ordered room service breakfast once and it arrived within 30 minutes and it was piping hot and plentiful. We were never able to get a reservation at La Gourmond the entire week. The only times available we 9:30 which was too late for us. If you want a beach chair be prepared to get up at the crack of dawn to save one. Most were taken by 9am. Since we had a swimout we didn't have to worry about getting a chair at the pool. Again, people were out early saving them. This is something we've seen at every resort we've been to. If you drink premium liquor, they don't have much selection at the pool bars but lots of selection at the plaza and piano bars. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this resort and will definately will return. Shout out to Roberto at the plaza bar. He us awesome!!! By far one of the best employees we've ever met at a resort! He truly loves his job and engaging with the guests!

My Wife, Parents and family friends stayed at the Majestic Elegance in April 2024. The resort is truly amazing. We did the Elegance Club package and it was worth the extra. The Club lounges were always full with yummy snacks, sandwiches and drinks. The resort is very clean, quiet and the staff aim to please the whole trip. A huge shout out to our Butler Jose. He went above and beyond our expectations. Anything we needed he was able to provide. The rooms were clean, and large. We would all recommend this resort and would go again ourselves. Thank you to all the staff. It was a great time.

Excellent Hotel. Clean Facility. Hotel Rooms are a little outdated but fully functional. The onsite Restaurants were very nice. Entertainment was solid...especially the Michael Jackson Tribute. Family friendly! Transportation to Shopping and Excursions made it very easy and enjoyable!

The Elegance continues to be our Punta Cana home a couple of weeks per year . While we have been there many times, the simple fact is that they continue to earn our business. This resort is so beautiful, well maintained, offers great food selection, perfect accomadations. The reason we return is based on the respect we are shown from managment and the entire staff. They really do try to make your vacation experience as perfect as possible , which is all you can ask . While I applaud every person we met , many have shown us that extra service and need to be mentioned by name . These include managers and marketing/ sales team and these exceptional employees- Dario-butler, Maxima, Anje, Santa, Marilenna, Walliam, Henry-pool , Dennys, Rigo, Rosemarie,Sandy, Altagarra,Ashley, Andres, Francesco - restaurants, Roberto, Yanneri , Miguel Angel, Rossa-bars, Warlin -animation and Jaylani -tennis . Do yourself a favour and book the Majestic and experience respect and a perfect vacation . To our Majestic family - thank you !
