This resort is a 10/10 amazing service and everyone is so friendly! The bars had great drinks and there was food 24/7 hotel room was great!! We had an amazing cook named Brian he was so sweet and his cooking was amazing! And especially since it was so hot can’t imagine the heat behind the grill! I def recommend coming here with family or friends or even on your own!

Really wonderful dinner at the French restaurant, delicious gourmet food by the Chef José and his staff, complemented by the lovely attention by Fernando and Alberto. José and his team recently took responsibility of this restaurant improving a lot and gathering the best staff.
DANIEL in JalHa restaurant is worth the trip

I gave 5 stars only because Daniel in the JalHa restaurant was soooooo wonderful! So attentive and nice. Treated me and my sister like queens. Made our dining experience much more enjoyable. Making us pineapple mimosa and coffee every morning, suggesting local areas for us to explore such as the lagoon which was amazing!! He was always smiling and helpful. We would not eat in anyone else's section as long as he is there. The main pool area is a vibe. Swing bar is fun. Food in restaurants is sub par and bland but plentiful. Rooms suck. Beds not comfortable. Smelly. Not clean. Sometimes they let you have towels in your room but you have to call repeatedly for multiple days just to get a towel dropped off. Staff is 50/50. Some are great some are miserable but definitely Daniel is the shining star! Thank you Daniel! We miss you already

Daniel at Jalha restaurant made it amazing. Very attentive and always happy. We always sat in his section as he knew what we liked. Coffee, water and pinapple mimosas as soon as we arrive every morning, even brought us street corn when it wasn't even corn day lol. Great service with a smile trumps everything. Thanks Daniel.
Fix the air conditioning in the restaurants.

The air conditioning in the restaurants were not working making for an VERY uncomfortable dining experience. Food is o.k. Lots of choices at the buffet. You can’t make reservations for the ala carte restaurants until a day before, so you have to wait on the concierge line each day to make reservations.Not very good use of my time. Room had a swampy odor when entering. It went away and returned each time returning to room. Staff is very friendly. Resort needs some TLC. A guest mentioned it was in the process of being sold. Perhaps thats why it is run down somewhat. The swim up guest rooms are unique as are the lounges by the main pool that are in the water. My main complaint is the non- working air conditioning in the restaurants.
