    Pros: - rooms were clean and staff was profesional. Bernardo was the best house keeper. - there are golf carts to take you were you need to - the security was good. The security people try to help you and keep you safe - the staff in general was helpful and kind Cons: - management does not tries to make your stay pleasant - everyone in the hotel is just trying to sell you a massage or a membership - making a reservation for one of the restaurants once you are in the hotel is impossible. Management doesn’t care and doesn’t try to help either. - the hotel is huge and there are virtually no signs pointing you were to go. - the food and drinks are not that great - there is a fee for smoking. Don’t think you can get away with it, the employees are watching. Wtf? - the ax seems to be managed by the staff at night

    Great Vacation!

    We spent two weeks here for my birthday trip in July. We had a great time- the pool is beautiful and the lazy river was fun. They kept the beach as clean as possible and even had a sargasso boat! The entertainment staff did a great job, and I loved the sport activities. I did the aquabikes almost every day! The food was ok. We liked the Italian restaurant for lunch and the "tacos time" on the beach was our favorite. It was sometimes difficult to get reservations at the better restaurants, and the buffet was very average. The only downside to the hotel was the location. It was really far from Playa del Carmen, so a fun night out was expensive off the bat just in taxi fare. If you are happy to stay at an all inclusive and never leave, this might be your best choice... but I get bored easily and want to see cultural sights and eat at traditional places... so in the future we will choose to stay closer to town.

    Iberostar did a fantastic job! Staff were excellent and we had a great time! From the moment we arrived, the concierge (I can't remember his name!) made us feel right at home. Maricruz at the Concierge/check in, was friendly and welcoming as always. Although a few things were closed, we didn't care. We spent our days at the pools and sea, and didn't care that the mall was closed. They had entertainment every night, and we did not miss the closed swim-up bars - the servers came around a lot, plus it was a quick walk to any of the poolside bars to get ourselves a drink. Thank you to our pools servers - Yadira and Misael, for their friendly and frequent drink service around the pool - plus they always had good recommendations for drinks. Food was excellent, and we loved the no-touch buffet! The poolside entertainment folks had activities every day and kept things going - credit to Javi and Carlos, for their outgoing and friendly personalities! Mostly it didn't feel any different than previous years, except for less people and wearing a mask going indoors. Neither of which bothered us at all. It was by all means not "dead". There were plenty of people there, we met a lot of people, it just wasn't packed. Perfect, in my opinion. Lounges were always open! Special thanks to Yeyita Alvarez, for making our stay extra special! The people I mentioned above (and the one who's name I forgot!), as well as the rest of the staff and amenities, made our trip enjoyable. We definitely will be back!

    The food and drinks were excellent. Everyone was friendly. Shout out to Yeya Alvarez, Javi from pool entertainment, Yadira waitress at the pool, Mariana from public relations, and Maricruz, from concierge! The whole staff was wonderful!

    We went with a group of 10 for one week and stayed at the Paraiso Lindo Resort. The staff were friendly and the resort was cleaned. Every person staying at the resort had to get their temperature check which was great to see. All staff were wearing face mask Only issue I had is transportation. Need better communication when someone needs a lift or have more carts available for everyone.
