    Best food ever in an All Inclusive!

    My girlfriend and I spent 5 days at the Jade and had a wonderful experience. Food was excellent, very good flavor and quality. I recommend two restaurants there: the French (duck a-la-orange) and Spice (teppanyaki and rolls). We got preferred status so we had a chance to have breakfast in the French restaurant but the Carnival (the general restaurant) was good as well. Our room was very clean and full serviced with beer and soft soda. The Castaways restaurant was always open, burgers and fries were very tasty and I seldom eat fish but I tried the Lemon Fish and was very very good. We only wished they had better pizza at the Castaways, the one we got was like a big flour tortilla with little cheese and regular toppings. We used the courtesy Room Service several times and were also surprised by the quality of the food, besides you can order "extra beacon" or "extra harsh brown" with no extra cost!! The drinks were fine too, especially the mimosas and the pina coladas. The beer was kinda flat so we skipped those. The beach was good, lots of huts to use and the pool was also great, lots of chairs. Just beware when trying to swim at the sea since there are rocks below in the sand when joining. The only thing at the main pools is that towels were not always available, you had to check several times in order to get fresh ones. The personnel was very friendly and always ready to help. Are we coming back? For sure! Great place to bring your family.

    We were very happy with the resort and our stay. The service was great at all places in the resort from the restaurants, buffet, poolside and bars. I first want to call out the exceptional service we received every morning from Geyler Camava at the Carnival buffet. We made sure to find out what area he would be serving the next day(as they rotate) We would find his area and he would greet us, seat us and make sure we had our water-filled and he would quickly get us our mimosas to start our day! The next exceptional service was from Misael at our poolside seats. He was very attentive to our needs and was always checking to see if we needed refills. He would greet us every morning and give us a high-five and quickly bring us our drinks. He even took the time to chat with us and it was a great pleasure in getting to know him as a person. The next great service was from CiCi the Yoga instructor. It was a great pleasure to take her class every morning and she even gave us extra advice about muscle care after she noticed my husband was hurting during her class. She asked a few days later on how my husband was and continued to give helpful advice. We really appreciated her knowledge and her daily yoga intentions were great each morning. The evening shows were mediocre compared to other resorts that we have stayed. The entertainment staff was very friendly and provided plenty of activities during the day at the beach and pool. Big shout out to Chino(Saul) for our morning stretch and teaching me to make guacamole and always having a smile on his face. The resort was well maintained and clean. We had slight disturbances with the construction, rain, and the mosquitos, not enough to damper our stay.

    My experience with Emmanuel was amazing he did an incredible job after all the disaster I was going through he made me smile again And everything came out so beautiful as I expected he made my wedding looks so amazing the way I pictured it is the way it came out even with bringing most of my own decorations he made it look exactly how I wanted it

    After a day of international flights we got to the resort to check in. Our bags were held by staff before we went through the lengthy check in process. After signing necessary papers we were handed over to a sales rep for the resorts preferred member club. Carlos was the rep and he would not take no for an answer. After letting him explain the process and asking us to attend a presentation breakfast, we politely told him we were not interested. Carlos would not give us our room keys and continued to harass us and accused us of signing up with someone else at the airport prior to our arrival. I told him multiple times we needed to get in our room to use the bathroom and change because we had been on flights all day. Carlos did not give up. My husband finally agreed to do the breakfast the next morning. Carlos started calling our room waking us up at 7am. I told Carlos we had booked an excursion and wanted to cancel the breakfast. Carlos continued to call the room every morning at least 10 times a day between 7am-9am. My husband and I were scared to leave the room because we thought he was going to track us down again. Other than that the resort was nice. The beach waiter Daniel provided excellent drink service. We did notice that the swim up bar was poorly cleaning used cups and remaking drinks in them. They merely poured old drinks out and rinsed to fill again. The food is average buffet food. This was our first all inclusive experience so I can’t complain about the service, however first impression was horrible.

    We have been to the Now for the 6th time, this time to celebrate our 50th anniversary. Let me start by reviewing the cons. The shows could be better. They were ok but have seen better at other Riviera locations. We have been to 15 other hotels in the area. Example, tribute to Hollywood, Broadway, Michael Jackson etc. Now on to all the positives. The rooms are the best. See the picture. Large fantastic bathroom, jetted tub, picture window view to the outside, and a sunken living room. The beach was perfect this time. Very little seaweed and lots of chairs with the huts. Drinks brought almost every 20 minutes. Our server, Daniel Ruban was outstanding. Friendly outgoing and helpful. Please look at pictures. All speciality restaurants were fantastic French was our favorite with Mediterranean and Italian also outstanding. Timoteo was an outstanding server ,we felt he was the best. The maid was great and helpful for any extras we needed. The checkin and checkout went smooth and fast. Our room was ready and they let us in early, 11:00am instead on waiting until3:00pm. The layout of the hotel is very close. It is not a long walk to any location. Also,there are NO wristbands needed any NO towel cards needed. Fantastic. You do not need reservations for the restaurants and if you want to do hibachi at the Japanese restaurant you can make reservations only when the restaurant opens on that day at 6:00pm for a later time that night. I can say no more, you see why we have been to this resort 6 times.
