Beautiful resort hotel in a lush / jungle setting. We are a part of Travel Club, visited other properties, but I believe this one is by far the nicest. Some of the units are somewhat aged but very serviceable. Restaurants are impeccable, food is excellent. Ample room on the beach.Check in and check out process was good. Honorable mention to Joao and Andrea who made our getting in and getting out process streamlined and pleasant.

Gym was kept clean, equipment in great condition! There was a situation that happened with a customer that was being irrational and the workers were respectful, patient, kind, and handled it appropriately. Good customer service! Beautiful spa and location

This was our 5th return trip to Grand Palladium as well as our anniversary (married at this resort in 2017) and it was Amazing as always but Luisa (concierge) went above and beyond! She was so helpful and made sure our trip and anniversary was memorable!

Elizabeth at the gym was very helpful and took particular care with the health and safety of the guests. The equipment was very nice and they had plenty of room for everyone working out. I went at 9:30-10:30 am and there were quite a few people, but many different types of machines and free weights to vary my workout!

The trip was amazing, we had some issues with our room and they were eventually resolved! And we would give the resort a 4/5 overall. There are some things that can be improved at this resort but overall it was good! However, the best part of the trip was Juanjo and Enrique. They set up most of the events in the White Sands part of the resort for us! I can’t say enough great things about Juanjo. He always greeted us by name with a big smile! I will come back to this resort because of Juanjo and he is a guy who should easily climb the management ladder here! #TeamQuesadilla
