Renee at reservations was Amazing. Upon making my reservation she told me about all the wonderful amenities of the resort and places to visit nearby. What a wonderful experience to speak with her. Employees like Renee are very rare, you need to do everything to keep her. She makes guests feel special and prepares them for all the fun things to do????????

Stayed at the Bahia to celebrate an engagement and can’t thank the amazing staff enough. Daniel with guest services and Ben with the front desk went above and beyond to help make the trip special. They helped me with a room upgrade to make the proposal perfect and went out of their way to help me add a 3rd party to the room who was able to do light decorating as a surprise for my fiancé. We had dinner to celebrate at Dock 1953 where Matt and our server, Victor, were equally kind and considerate. They made sure everything was perfect and provided over the top service. We were truly blown away by every single staff members customer service but especially wanted to acknowledge Ben and Daniel for helping make this a trip we’ll never forget. On top of the amazing customer service, everything was clean, views were incredible. Cabanas and beach were perfect place to relax. We will 100% be returning and cant recommend the resort enough. Thank you again, Daniel and Ben!

Nice place for a Sea World vacation during spring break. Also walked over to Belmont Park several times during our stay. Ben at the front desk and the rest of the staff were great. The fitness was decent. It needs an adjustable bench, and to have some mats inside.

We had such a great time at Bahia! The resort is so pretty and in such a great location. The cabanas and beach chairs were perfect for enjoying the weather. And we cannot say enough good things about Karina at the front desk! We were very weary travelers when we arrived for check-in. And she immediately made a great first impression for Bahia. She took excellent care of us and truly went above and beyond. I won’t forget how well she treated us and how she truly made our stay at Bahia memorable. Thank you again, Karina!

What a great place... The service was excelent and reservations (Diante) was so very helpful with all my questions. Helped me with local restraunts and transpertaion from the train to the hotel. Comfortable and quality would describe my stay. Thank yuo Diante for all your help.
