Roc Barlovento

My wife and I have @ the Roc B 7 times over the past 2 years, Some things not great (hot water at times), food i give 7/10 for the most part. Klaus has done a great job, even now they are upgrading during this moment. Rooms have always been great, clean. The staff has always been amazing, friendly, fix things when they need. I will continue to go here ... wish i could retire there ;)

We have stayed here for 7 years now. We are trying to reach Klaus or someone at the hotel. Thr Joel and staff ate fabulous. The beach is incredible. But Westjet no longer has the hotel listed as an option. Klaus, how do we reach you?

I would recommend this hotel 100% very good treatment by the employees and especially by their manager Klaus.Here i leave photos of the place,I would return to enjoy this wonderful place and its variety of foods

The hotel is reasonable priced , location is good, beach is spectacular , getting a bit run down as not many improvements have be made since being built . I realize the economy in Cuba is such that there is no $$$ for improvements. The workers at the resort are basically being paid nothing ,We tried to tip every single time we got drinks which I paid for and also left the maid service daily tip of 6 or 7 CUC. The staff and workers are very friendly . Food , as we were told in advance is so so , we only ate a couple of times at the resort at night . Take lots of extra cash , and be ready to pay about 40 cents on can. $$ exchange on the way in and forget it on cashing out , they want to pay a big reduction , even at the airport . You cant buy it before you go and cant cash it in when you get home .

The resort was in general adequate(mar1/mar15,2020) except if you want a hot shower,i got maybe 1 in 14 days.Food was way way below par.These are two things that can ruin a trip, so if these two things are important to you i would look elsewhere.
