    Our server - Ken - was excellent. He was genuinely concerned that we have a good night and was very courteous, friendly and efficient. We felt like we were his personal guests and he did everything he could to make our evening go smoothly. Thanks, Ken!

    As a frequent guest of this hotel we continue to be impressed with all aspects of our stay. Staff, food and beverage are exceptional..As a frequent traveler, I would suggest some of the best beds ever..

    Always stay at Fairmont in Winnipeg.

    Always enjoy staying at the Fairmont when in Winnipeg. Centrally located, good restaurants, clean and comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. Attention is paid to the room location I request. Easy trip from the airport.

    Though the staff were great (all areas) I could not rate this higher and it is only this high because of the staff. Loud banging radiators caused a sleepless night one night. The decor is dated and it just doesn't have the normal Fairmont flair. I would suggest someone sitting on the loo to determine where they should install the roll holder. Just saying Great people though

    Staff was helpful and courteous for the most part. For the money, the rooms weren't anything special. Disturbing part was that a Valet had been in my glove compartment, changed the radio station, messed with the drivers' seat. Very uncomfortable with that (especially the glove compartment).
