    Amazing stay at the Hyatt Regency despite Covid

    While hesitant at first given the circumstances surrounding COVID-19, I am very happy to say that the Hyatt Regency exceeded all expectations. Everything was safe, clean, and all the staff were extremely attentive. The restaurants and food were excellent, and the hotel even offered a complimentary tennis training session with a pro (with no other parties). I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt the need to express how great the experience was at the hotel. If you are considering traveling to the Hyatt Regency Aruba, I recommend that you book the trip because you will not be disappointed. We will be returning hopefully soon. Ryan

    I'm obsessed with this hotel, I didn't want to leave! An absolutely gorgeous property (the new adult only pool is divine), incredibly friendly staff, a great location, beautiful room, comfy bed, and reassuring COVID safety measures. I could go on and on! Can't wait to go back!

    Hygienic, clean and fun vacation at the Hyatt

    We stayed at the Hyatt for 4nights in August 2020. We got tested (RT-PCR) 48hours prior to our flights and once we landed showed our results to the officials and went to the hotel. The check-in process was fast thanks to Ashley who was very professional and efficient. The hotel was sparkling clean, with all hotel staff wearing masks and sanitizer everywhere. While we were hesitant to travel to Aruba, Hyatt and the hotel staff made us feel very safe and we are very happy that we went there for a couple if nights. While some restaurants at the hotel were closed due to the pandemic, we still had a great time at the amazing beach and enjoyed the food service provided. Many thanks to Paola from concierge who helped with our restaurant reservations! Overall congratulations and big thank you to Hyatt and the hotel staff for being so attentive, thoughtful and providing a safe, fun and memorable experience during these challenging times.

    My wife, three children (17, 14, 11) and I spent one week at the Hyatt and we absolutely loved it. High end accommodations without any pretense. Beautiful rooms, gardens, pools and beach front. Staff was awesome - very friendly and helpful. HIGHLY recommend.

    Was very hesitant to travel during the pandemic but decided to go. I had the BEST experience at the Hyatt. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, the staff went above and beyond. They were all very welcoming, happy, and grateful for our visit. The hotel was consistently sanitized, masks were worn, temperatures checked and hand sanitizer everywhere-- they even supplied us with masks, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes. The location was convenient as well. I will definitely be returning.
