    We were greeted and treated like royalty by entire staff. The entire meal was a experience that will always be cherished. Executive chef Matt Boland was beyond helpful with our special meal. Thank you Hilton. Your staff is the Best. As you can see the ambiance matched the incredible meal. Special thanks to Matt and Errol. Number 1 on our Aruba meal experience.

    Reserve your beach umbrellas and poolside cabanas early here- they are booked quickly. Beautiful beaches, excellent customer service, great experience. Restaurants are okay, but honestly, you don’t come to Aruba for the food. None of the restaurants are great- they are adequate throughout the island. I would easily come back to this hotel- very nice location and overall experience.

    We arrived from Australia after a 18 hour flight, to find our room not ready eveb at 5pm, We had two toddlers who needed a rest and was asked to go to the pool bar and wait, (we still had to pay), After 1.5hrs I went back and my room was ready thanksnfor coming to get me, I also had a run in with the manager Nelson, he accused me of lying about coming from Australia (look at my passport), he also made me wait at the lobby with my family for a further 20 minutes whilst he checked my hilton account (I'm diamond), He put us in a terrible location not even the room type I booked, over looking a air conditioner system, They also charge a small fortune for everything here they nickle and dime you for every little thing, Hilton Aruba you really need to re train Nelson send him to another hilton to show what customer service means, Won't be back unless nelson is given the sack

    Never made it to rate it! Tried to cancel within 12 days before check in due to a family pet becoming ill. Had reservation for points rewards trip and asked to cancel or reschedule at 12 days before check in. Location rejected the reason of a sick pet being a legitimate reason for cancellation. My two options were surrender the points or pay a fee which was one nights stay at full price (approximately $600 US). I wasn't offered an option to surrender 80,000 points (one nights stay) nor was I offered an opportunity to reschedule my trip. It was lose the points, pay the fee or walk away. I never expected this poor of service from a Hilton property. After all, you have to stay at a lot of Hilton properties to even earn 240,000 points. I guess Diamond status year over year means little and "brand loyalty" is really a thing of the past. If you have read this far then please know that our pet is now at the Rainbow Bridge.

    My husband and I stayed here for a 5 day getaway. The beach and palapas were nice. Rooms were a little small but very clean. The bird experience was nice. We enjoyed breakfast daily in the main area of the hotel in 2 rocking chairs. We tried breakfast 1 morning at Laguna after a walk on the beach. It was ok. Most staff was helpful and nice. Hotel does not go above for Diamond members nor did they offer any upgrades. Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby across the street or a short walk on the beach.
