Turtle Beach Resort

Ok this place is incredible and yes there are turtles that come on the beach First of all respect to the beach staff keeping us all safe and much love to them they got your back in the sea felt totally safe and watched them even rescue the sandals guests too. Other that being super friendly the staff really look out for you and I really mean it. So much so I will be bringing more family back over with me as soon as restrictions are lifted. The food is excellent and I think ive found my Caribbean home Also special shout out to the bar staff keeping the drinks going

Pros: - Turtle Beach is SO clean (arguably most important) - Wonderful service and staff - Food options were limited but overall fairly tasty - Upgraded us to a beautiful oceanfront view - Location is fantastic in St Lawrence Gap, which is a great place to go for two women looking for night life, it was on the edge of a strip with many bars Cons: - REALLY needs work and I wouldn't recommend it until Marriott goes in and renovates it - Very overpriced - Wifi was hilariously non-existent and very frustrating to constantly try and connect - Zero sound proofing in the rooms even though the resort itself was dead; on my last day, I said to my friend as we woke up, wouldn't it have been nice to wake up organically on vacation and not from the noise in the other rooms and hallways? - Very dated, water problems, needing work - Quite boring/dead - absolutely nothing happened after 10pm

Perfectly sized resort that gives an intimate vibe and allows impeccable service. The staff really goes out of their way to accommodate needs and always puts the customer first. The resort is very well kept and in tip top shape. Has an ambiance you won't find in newer properties.

great stay hotel little tired but the staff made up for that they went out of there was to help as much as possible ,service excellent ,food great had a excellant holiday would go back beach was clean and great ,lovely time spent there

We went for a week to Turtle Beach hotel. The hotel has lovely facilities and the place is kept spotless. Every single member of staff was so helpful and friendly, especially the guys who look after you around the pool, bringing drinks, fruit and lollies ???? Food quality was excellent, drinks lovely. It was easy to book the a la carte restaurants and no limit how many times you could go to them. The only single criticism I could give is that our room’s bathroom was a bit dated and tired looking. However our room was lovely, large and kept immaculate by the housekeepers.
