Fairmont Banff Springs

Amazing experience!! If you’re thinking of visiting Banff during the pandemic - and you want to be safe, please book at this hotel. We stayed at the Fairmont for my mother’s birthday April 15-17. We waited until she received her vaccine and it was the first time she got to meet her 4 month old grandson. We were greeted upon arrival at the hotel by extremely courteous and professional staff. Our temperatures were checked, all luggage (with a baby there is a lot!) was brought to our room making the entire process stress-free. The hotel was immaculately clean and not busy, I actually prefer it this way as access to the hotel was limited to only guests. I have been coming to the Banff Springs for years. The entire time during our stay the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and safe. We were so happy, we extended our stay one additional night. The front desk staff was very accommodating by ensuring we had the best possible set up for the baby. The hotel provided us with a microwave and crib (on request) extending the comforts from home allowing us to relax and enjoy a small break in the mountains. I hope to return again soon in the summer. Highly recommend! This property has very good covid protocols in place to ensure safety of guests. 10/10

Superb week day stay at the Banff Springs. The health safe protocol was excellent. Our Stinson Suite held the world’s best mountain views true to our Rockies. The in room dining was well prepared, served piping hot and enjoyable. Spring leisure hiking near the Spray River was glorious in the sunshine.

As always, our stay at the Banff Springs was relaxing and rejuvenating. Chelsea, Massage Therapist & Chef Kevin made our stay extra enjoyable. The weather was mild so we were able to walk to town which is a nice way to sight see and experience the area.

Hello...we went to stay at the Banff Springs 2 nights Mar 28 and 29. We enjoyed the high tea on Sunday afternoon and they were very accommodating switching out the seafood for a vegetarian option. Our room was very clean and beds were so comfortable. We had a meal in the Waldhaus Bar and the hot pretzels were delicious as well as the Fish and Chips. We had fun doing the scavenger hunt and Easter egg hunts too for an activity we could do. Great stay. A real treat to also get facials at the Spa even though none of the hot pools etc were open. Will come back again for an occasion.

My Fiancé and I recently took a trip to Fairmont Banff Springs to attend my cousin's wedding. We had an excellent check-in experience, drinks, and appetizers on the Gold Floor. The night before the wedding I became very sick, we called the front desk to inquire about a hotel Dr. They recommended we go to Emerg. I had an allergic reaction to something I had eaten. The evening after my Emergency room stay, (after they had already called to inquire how I was doing) the staff had sent down a very kind note, charcuterie board, wine, and chocolates. The Gold floor staff and Chef assured me that if I needed any other accommodations to let them know. I truly felt they went above and beyond to ensure I was as comfortable as I could while being ill away from home! The bed, comforter, and pillows are also excellent, so good we bought two pillows!
