Had the opportunity to stay at this beautiful hotel ?? abs upgraded to get access to TRS. the food, staff was amazing and the resort was gorgeous. Annie was my personal concierge which comes with TRS, she was amazing! Checking in and taking care of all my dinner reservations. Also resolving all my issues like transport and Covid testing, while I was able to enjoy relaxing on the beach. But the moment was when I checked out and forgot my passport in the drawer, Annie brought my passport from costa Mujerez to Hotel Zone! She is the best

The place was almost empty, so it was an unusual visit. Lovely, though! Staff is exceptional. Food was better than I remembered from the Riviera Maya Grand Palladium. A lot was closed - only one a la carte restaurant open per night, but that they were able to keep the place open at all with such low attendance is a testament to Palladium. It's a beautiful spot. We're coming back in a few weeks for spring break...wifi is solid, so I'll be working from the hotel instead of cold Ohio!

Please don’t hesitate to visit the resort right now. At the end of Jan the US started to require a negative C19 test to re enter the US. At first I wanted to cancel as I didn’t want the drama and addtl Expense of getting a test. I’m so glad I didn’t. The resort has placed a seamless process in place at the resort to see obtain testing and results at no cost! The coordinator, Veronica was incredibly helpful in getting our paperwork in order, appts made and communicating when we would See our results. Alllll while encouraging us to enjoy every bit of our trip. One form was filled out and appt made, the next morning we went for testing. It was quick and easy. The whole process made it easy for us to get on with our wonderful day. About 24 hrs later and ahead of our departure date we had the results in our email. Thank you Veronica for getting this all wrapped up for us. This was my 3rd visit to this resort and each time I’m greeted as if I’m a family member, many of the staff had recognized me from previous visits. The bell Staff are exceptional! Oscar and Ulysses were there to ensure my party was on time for dinner as well as made sure we had everything we needed and our transportation needs around the resort were covered before they left for the day. These guys are truly the highlight of our trips. It’s always so wonderful to see their happy faces. Thank you guys! We absolutely adore you! The resort is beautiful the beaches are incredible as are the staff on the beach. We truly wanted for noting as the drinks kept coming. Angel was a gem! With travel to Mexico down right now the resort has done an amazing job at keeping things as close to BAU as possible. Poseidon is the go to for breakfast and lunch. I believe the sports bar in the village may be open, we enjoyed Poseidon, the view and staff we ate there every day. As for dinners, restaurants are rotating right now as sadly there just isn’t a need to have them all open. However, we managed to eat at each restaurant while on our trip. Food Is great in each one. On our second day, our girls trip took us to the pool where we had the opportunity to take a water spin class that was taught by Ricky! We had a blast and no doubt we were a hand full. The staff at the large Pool were generous with cocktails too! The resort takes pride in keeping things clean and COVID compliant. Temp checks, hand washing and social distancing protocols are in place and followed. I ask you to run to bookings and choose this resort if you are looking to travel during these unprecedented times. I choose living and traveling in a safe manner and Grand Palladium Cancun makes this easy and comfortable to do. Hats off to all of you, I know it isn’t easy right now but for those of us who do travel, seeing your consistency and smiling faces keeps me coming back!

From arriving at GP Costa Mujeres, I had immediate peace of mind. The resort is beautifully appointed and you can tell that they take safety precautions seriously in the midst of the pandemic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was top notch with a great view of the ocean. Also thoroughly enjoyed the food options and the way they safely managed the buffet service. I look forward to another visit in the future.

Had a weekend escape to Gran Palladium Costa Mujeres with friends that are like family and had the best time everrrrr! Cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication! From the shuttle drivers (Jose), spa personnel (Marisol) and Omar who made sure our days were organized and coordinated based on our needs - excellently arranged! To say that the service was exceptional is an understatement! Great service, quality and most importantly they made you feel like you were the only guests in the entire resort! Omar really made our holidays special. 3 members of our group were celebrating their birthdays and it was phenomenal! The details, decorations were on point! Had the pleasure to meet Morin (who was helping us with our drinks at the pool) He really went the extra mile for us and made our afternoon super enjoyable. Very dedicated, super helpful; made us feel like home away from home! Thank you Morin! Food was delicious, restaurant staff were amazing! Highly recommend it!!
