The room had no wifi access. Picture being in your jammies in the hallway to try to organize your day in the app. One star experience upgraded to a 2 because the location is very convenient to the park. Also bring a down jacket - the lobbies and restaurants are kept brutally cold.

Horrible security. Unable to use minds to make necessary decisions. Absolutely the rudest people ever!!!! My daughter had a broken foot and they would not let us drop her off at the front of the hotel so that we could shop in the hotel stores. Instead they told us to go to another lot far, far away at the downtown Disney entrance and have her hobble on her BROKEN foot!!!! I guess they don't need our money at their shops and restaurants. We'll go elsewhere. Seriously, train your staff to use judgement and discretion for certain situations. When guests are DISABLED, they make need special accomodations. Otherwise, it's discrimination.
