We stayed in a double suite with an oceanview. The room was great, we had a nice lounge area and a large bedroom and bathroom, with a balcony. The ocean-views were not unobstructed like shown in the pictures, but it was still nice. Personally, I wouldn't pay the extra for an ocean view as it is not right on the ocean front, and costs a lot more. The location of this place is GREAT! Right in the centre of Waikiki, and a short walk to the beach. The pool was not the biggest, and was full on splashing children, which we personally didn't mind too much, but good to note if you are not looking for a family place. The buffet breakfast was average and very crowded everyday (however I think this is typical American food - more average for those not used to American food). The staff were all super friendly and helpful here too - the only thing wrong was that we had a room that smelt of smoke slightly which is not very nice if you are a non smoker. Comfortable bedding and couches, and a TV in both the lounge and the bedroom which was nice also. One more thing was that we had a kitchen area but not cutlery - only two glasses to use and disposable cups for coffee (I HATE disposable - so wasteful).

WISE CHOICE FOR YOUR FAMILY ??????????? STAY (TIPS BELOW)

Conveniently located in the middle of Waikiki ?? , you can walk either way and in less than 10 minutes you’ll reach the touristic point you’ll want to be at: 3 minutes to the beach, 10 minutes to the Atlantis Submarines Waikiki tour, 8 minute to Top of Waikiki restaurant, 10 minute to Duke’s statue, etc. With enough children to fill one double-bed room anywhere, Embassy Suites was our best choice: The suite provided two double beds ?? , a pull-out bed, two TVs ??, a microwave oven, a small fridge, one bathroom ??, a view to the city with two balconies, a working desk, and plenty of space for the children to play around... even in the bathtub! ??. The FREE amenities were the kicker, starting with everyday BREAKFAST (6:30am-10am) with all the nice things kids (and parents) would like, from different types of cereal, Dole pineapple ?? and other fruit ??, bacon ??, potatoes ??, cooked to order omelettes and eggs ?? to pancakes ??, oatmeal, sweet bread ?? and bagels ??... This was made special by the employees, like Michael and Dominic preparing omelettes or Rose distributing kids books ?? with crayons ??. Ending the day with the Manager’s Hosted Reception (5:30pm-7:30pm) with FREE DRINKS ?? and snacks, from beer ?? to delicious Mai-Tais or Blue Hawaii ?? ... While the children play in a shallow pool ?? (4 ft on the deeper side) Mommy and Daddy get their drinks and chips and talk whatever they want, just watching the kids swimming. AWESOME DESIGN! You could tell so by the parents walking around with their BIG SMILES ?? in the morning and in the afternoon. Worth the rate of $329 per night! ?? TIPS: - Bathroom got clogged about 3 times, I think it’s because everyone brings sand from the beach ?? . ?? TIP: Wash as much as you can in the public beach. ?? - Wi-Fi is bad. Internet is much slower in Hawai’i as well. ?? TIP: Pre-load what you need in your device?? or print if needed. - ??? Public Parking around Waikiki is EXPENSIVE. ?? TIP: You’re better off with the Valet service ($40 per day), you’ll notice when you leave your car ?? in the capable hands of Calvin or Abre. - ?? TIP: Refill your water bottles in the only filtered water ?? machine there is, in the Aloha tower, right behind the reception. - ?? TIP: Somehow Tuesday seemed very slow and Friday very busy. - The pool ?? and breakfast area are on the 4th floor and you’ll want to get to them quickly. ?? TIP: Register with Hilton Honors (their loyalty program) and download their App to choose your room as close as possible to the 4th floor and if possible in the Hula Tower (Close access to Big Wave Dave Surf & Coffee, Poké Bar, Ruth Chris and many more stores!) The only issue we had is that the A/C unit ?? thermostat didn’t work in one of the rooms but the temperature was SO COMFORTABLE that we didn’t bother to report it. #ruizmedina??

This was our 5th stay here at this hotel and it didn't disappoint again. Our room was nothing short of fantastic 2 bedroom 2 bathroom , and the lady that cleans the 20th floor was exceptional and went out of her way everyday. The breakfast was also enjoyable and the afternoon cocktail drinks were the the best mixed with the live band. A big plus was the fact that we arrived at 7am and were able to check in to our room right away. Once again Mahalo

We will be leaving in a few days and after having been here a month, I just wanted to say how much I appreciate Daniel in housekeeping. I always know when he's cleaned my room because he always puts just a little extra care in his work to make us feel comfortable during our stay. He always greets us with a smile and has his offered a few tips about getting around town. Truly deserves the recognition. Thank you all for making this stay a pleasure. We will miss our home away from home :)

We had a great time staying at the Embassy Suites in Waikiki Beach. The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were large and suited us a family of 6. The complimentary breakfast was so nice to have along with the evening complimentary reception. I would definitely stay here again.
