I took my two daughters to Hawaii for Mother’s Day weekend and it was our first time. Hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Close to everything. You can walk and catch the city bus anywhere it was great. View of ocean and diamond head from room was just magical. We had a rough check in process it was horrible. BUT JAZMEN the manager and ERIN took care of us. When you have a problem most hotel just throw stuff at you to make you happy but those two woman genuinely cared and took care of me and my two children and they checked up on us even made sure my children were fed. It was amazing and all that caring made a difference. Thank you.

    Fab stay cool location!

I just love the location of this hotel! Given the Covid era, this hotel operated smoothly with all the precautions required. I felt and at home! Wonderful staff, effortless check in process, spacious lobby area, clean room, pool area was my fave spot to relax. Missing room service and restaurants so I guess I'll just have to go back when the hotel is in full operational mode! Mahaloz a relaxing and wonderful stay!

This is a nice hotel, very close to the beach and the center of everything. Staff was really friendly and the balcony was great. I liked the gym. I hate when hotels advertise they have a gym and you get there and it's 1 exercise bike and a dumbbell. This was a real gym. Things to work on. Business computer didn't work until I told them it didn't. Any good company has a daily checklist making sure things are working right. Also, when people are on vacation they are mostly in their room to sleep so for God sake's invest in some decent pillows. The pillows were terrible and seemed old. Very uncomfortable. Overall good experience. though.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Location was excellent, next to International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Mall. Public bus 20 took 40 minutes to airport. Route #23 can drive you to Makapuu. Route #2 can stop at Diamond head. Room rate is just 1/3 to 1/2 as the rate of the hotels in the same neighborhood. Marriott Elite members can have free continental breakfast or hot breakfast sandwich with a bottle of soft drink. Pool and public area was decent. The staff at the front desk was very helpful. This property is the best choice for mid-range budget.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay here. Checking in didn’t take long, staff was polite and welcoming. BEWARE: $35 a night resort fee —hmmm, parking $35 daily (cheaper than most). Our room was spacious, clean, comfy king bed, min fridge, safe, 56” TV, nice balcony to view the pool area, the ocean and people watching lol. Has a nice snack bar with drinks, a nice pool and service is great. We enjoyed our stay here even though it’s loud near the street at times but I’m sure the other hotels around you can still hear the traffic and police sirens.
