I was disappointed to book a room that included beverages and free play. We didn’t receive the drinks but were given credit to use at hooters which was impossible. Took over an hour to get wings to go because of the hassle of ordering with a room credit and once we left we realized they forgot the sauce. The room was really dusty and we found Cheetos in the floor of our room from another guest which was really gross especially during covid. Also the pool is closed even though when booking t says the resort fee includes the pool but you can’t even walk outdoors to the loungers.

I'll start with the fact that I understand Covid reduces services available. Having said this, there is no excuse for what we experienced. Our King sixed bed had queen sized sheets on the bed. Yep, the hotel short sheeted us. We opted out of daily housekeeping; however, when we called down for clean towels and the included bottled water, we got towels and a blanket. Thanks for the blanket, but its tough to take Motrin with a blanket. We had a 3 night stay, on day two, we were down to one of the three elevators available for our dower. We were ultimately taken to a service elevator to reach our floor when the elevator line extended well into the casino. Only on the final morning we checked out was a second elevator made available. We could only used 1/2 of the closet as the closet doors were off of the tracks and I could not fix it. Let's talk about the "resort fees". While I see resort fees as a way to hide the actual cost of your stay, I have major issues paying over $40 per night for resort fees when the resort amenities are currently unavailable. We were in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor; however, when we walked out of our room, it was like walking onto Willie Nelson's tour bus. On our second night there, we returned to our room only to find ourselves locked out. The reception desk suggested that "Sometimes they get demagnetized in your wallet." This might fly if only one of our room keys failed, but both of them were deactivated, indicating it was done by the hotel. The bathtub was not clean and the trying to shower was trying to negotiated a scalding, ice shower. It would not hold a steady shower. We could not get a consistent temperature with the heat/air conditioning. I basically have nothing positive to say about the room. If I had called for all of the problems, I'd have spent the entire weekend on the phone or waiting for service.

I had a great stay at the OYO Las Vegas thanks to Angela , Tom and Esme’s awesome services . Great hospitality and help with my extended stay time and time again . If anyone is visiting Las Vegas staying here is a must
Horrible! Don’t stay here. This place needs a serious upgrade

Horrible! This place was dirty, scary, and not a good experience for anyone comping to Vegas, ESPECIALLY for the first time. Thank God this was not our first trip to Vegas and we were able to experience nicer scenarios it would’ve been bad.
Not clean / leak in bathroom

leak in bathroom twice. dirty shower and bathroom floors. called maintenance and they sent someone up, but leaked not too long after he left. Hair on bathroom floor, shower, and dusty counters and table.
