Stayed here a couple of nights on our return to vegas following a road trip, staying at Excalibur on the start of our journey. Check in very straightforward, although expensive resort fees. Room was large, very clean and spacious. No coffee making facilities, but i'm lead to believe this is normal for Vegas. Good views onto, and down the strip. Lots of options for food and drinks in and around the hotel. Good casino, and range of tables and machines. Went to see Mystere by Cirque Du Soleil and a fantastic show in a great theatre. The pool area is also a great space, with lots of beds etc and free towels to use. Food and drink options beside the pool. The pool area was very quiet, but this was Begining of November, so i can only imagine how busy it is in the hight of the summer season. Overall a great hotel, and after staying at the Excalibur, will be sure to stay here again on our next visit.

I ended up paying more then the actual price that was online per night. Basically I paid double the price. When I asked the front desk they told me it was because I had booked with a third party. Tripadvisor was the worst. Very unhappy

Slow WiFi is a no go!

The hotel is rather old and mostly outdated. The rooms are just ok and only moderately clean. The guest services staff was adequate but not overly impressive. The absolute worst part of our stay at Treasure Island was the internet service. It was very slow and made for a very frustrating experience. Please upgrade your WiFi service!

The VIP service is awesome. Lupe is a treat at the players club and you cant go wrong at the Seafood Shack

I have been going here for twenty years. There is a reason the service is usually top notch. The seafood shack is fantastic and breakfast either in the coffee shop or room service is consistant. The steak house is a little up and down but when its on its great. The girls on the casino floor are awesome.

My husband and I and my sister and her husband stayed here at the last week of October. We had stayed there twice before, and we liked it. This time, not so much. I had e-mailed the hotel to ask them if we could possibly have a room with a good view of the strip since we were repeat guests. No such luck. They never responded to my email. When we got there we checked in by the parking garage. They have a kiosk. I told the woman we were repeat guests and she said “ Oh, I will upgrade you to a corner room. “. Much to my dismay, this meant a much longer walk to our room, which I would not have minded, however our views were not what I had hoped for. Our room was ok for a room that had just been refurbished. One of the days there housekeeping didn’t show up ! Once you open the door, all you can smell is cigarettes!! My sinuses are still bothering me
