Very clean with friendly staff, they were all very accommodating. The pool was fantastic with something for everyone with an adults only pool. The spa was professional and relaxing. Highly recommend. It is right near the best beach to see sea turtles.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with partial ocean view that was huge and highest quality furnishings and appliances. Enjoyed the very large wrap around balcony with lots of comfy seating options. Pools were great and never had a problem finding chairs. Pool service at the main pool was frequent and food was decent. Smaller lagoon pool had a nice chill vibe and even easier to find chairs. Also have to note that every staff member we encountered was kind. helpful and genuine - this was our experience at Koloa Landing and Kauai overall - such nice people! Only downside of this property is that it is a 10-15 minute walk to nearest beach at the Sheraton. Poipu and Brenneke beaches are a 30 minute brisk walk - there are paths all along the ocean front + cut through one condo complex with white buildings. There also is only one rather small casual restaurant. We only ate there the first day - there are so many great options nearby in Poipu or Koloa old town. Best activity we experienced was the Heritage trail hike starting from Shipwreck beach. Boogie boarding at Brenneke beach was fun and snorkeling at Lawai beach (and shaved ice after at Riptides!) Drive to Waimea canyon lookout was worth it on a rainey morning too. We stopped for breakfast at Lawai Store which was awesome!

The Koloa experience has been unmatched, the staff and accommodations are top tier. Can’t forget about the pools of course. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food within the resort tastes as if you are in an extremely nice restaurant but with all the vibes.

Our family of 3 loved this resort. The oversized studio room was perfect for us with a kitchenette, we were able to make breakfast every AM. The Washer/Dryer very convienent. Great location for sunset, beach, turtles, seals, rainbows and restaurants. The scavanger hunt for kids is super cute, our daughter loved. All staff went above and beyond which is where I think the resort gets really high ratings, housekeeping would arrange our daughters stuffies and tuck them in she loved coming back from exploring to her bed to see this. I read some reviews regarding this may not be for couples which I disagree it's so beautiful and large I would just request a room away from the main one with the slide. There was live music I believe most nights at the restaurant and an activity hut for beach chairs etc. Parking never an issue. The staff again is exceptional and really on top of everything. We would definitly come back.

Beautiful resort - a real tropical paradise. Everything from the front desk, the pools, the rooms, it was all pretty amazing. It may not be “ocean front”, but the views from upper balconies could see the ocean or look over the amazing pool/garden. The guest service was excellent, we highly recommend and were so glad we chose Koloa Landing Resort at Poipu.
