    This trip was amazing, the resort is beautiful and everyone is so nice! The entertainment team goes out of their way to make sure you’re happy and having fun, there’s never a dull moment when they are there. Chevon, Omar, Dashae, Ana-Kay, and Dj Fray are some of the wonderful entertainers. They made everything so fun and memorable. I will definitely be coming back soon in the near future.

    Our very first time in Jamaica and we had the best time, the people that work there are the most friendly people we have met. The resort was nice but with COVID and not everything being open it was hard to get the 100% feel of the whole resort but we had an amazing time. To Chevron, Deshe, Omar, and Shanice the entire entertainment was awesome. Kevin, Martin, Nicola, Alphonso. And Many more of them were so kind all around we had the best time. I have already booked to go and see all these amazing people and enjoy the most beautiful ocean in December 2021. Thank for for all your Hospitality. I must mention the Dinner on the beach with Martin was so refreshing and beautiful.

    Where do I begin??? Check in: Always a pleasure. Happy to see so many beautiful familiar faces. And most of all to connect with my Jamaican daughter Davita Simms. Davita is the best butler anyone could imagine. She cares for each and every guest to the fullest. We met Adrian on this trip, who is Davita’s partner and he is as wonderful. The Room: Being a member we get a great room usually on the third floor, walk up, which we love. And Carlos is always happy to carry up our bags! The views are beautiful, including sunset! The Seven Mile Beach: We return to Negril every year for this beach! One of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Food: They say gourmet? Some of it is and some is not! The food is good and plentiful. Better than most all inclusive resorts. There is one lady that makes the eggs in the morning who was sent from heaven. Always has a kind word while working 5 burners, 6 days a week! The dinner buffets are ok. The service is slow and create lines. The Palm restaurant is the worst on the property. The reservation restaurants are good. Service is timely. The Entertainment and Activities: Are very good. This staff is the most energetic group I have ever seen. They all work at keeping the guests (&children) engaged. I connected with one young lady AnaKay and she found me everyday to take part in the activities I enjoyed. The Bars and Bartenders: A Wonderful Happy Staff! They do a great job of keeping the guests happy too! Anything you want they make! However, the Liquor is not top shelf. Overall the resort is a great place. Couples & Family’s with children are all welcome. Having said that the management could & should do a better job at providing the adult couples with some quite zones. The Large groups over run the place. Loud and taking up too much space, on the beach in the restaurants and over taking the spa... And the hotel is starting to look in need of repair. If is the beach you are going for, it is great!

    We arrived Feb 10-20th. It was a long drive from the airport but so worth the experience. The check in wasn't as expected, no drinks or cold towel waiting but was able to get to our rooms quickly. Very nice room #10101 right next to the beach which was perfect. Our butlers Adrian & Davita were the BEST. They took care of anything we needed, plus. Italian restaurant was our favorite where Travic took very good care of us. Tavoy was a great bartender where ever we seemed to go. Roxanne at the West End was just like family, greeting us daily. Shaneka, part of the Prestige team was also a great help. She made sure all of our needs were met and even helped out at the Covid test center where things were very heated for a short time. She got it organized and went quickly after that. Michelle was great at the spa. Also need to mention Kaydene, Lando, Marion, & Sherri as they would always remember our names and what we needed. We walked the beach daily and enjoyed floating & swimming in the ocean every day. We didn't think any place would compare to Maroma, but found one even better. No seaweed and it was so calm every day. You might experience a short afternoon rain going through but didn't seem to last. We did take the Tiki Pon lobster lunch cruise & they picked us up right at the resort. The BEST lobster ever. We felt like family when it was time to go home. Can't wait for the next trip, we will be back again. The sunsets were amazing.

    This was our first try at international travel after previous cancellations due to COVID19. We desperately needed a warm place to get away to celebrate my 45th birthday. This truly was the perfect backdrop for a fun, laid back and safe celebratory vacay! So I’ll just start with the negative which to be honest wasn’t anything bad, but just offering feedback. It would have been nice to get more information about the resort at check-in instead of waiting for the concierge service to follow up the next morning. We had to rely heavily on the front desk to keep us informed. The rooms were ok... Better than average, but also not luxury. In truth, it really didn’t bother me because how much time do you want to stay inside when there’s a beautiful beach a few steps from the room? Other than that, everything else was fantastic! Azul seems to be pretty centrally located on the Seven Mile beach, and the sunset views were spectacular. Due to COVID19, the resort did not have all their restaurants open at the same time, but they were open on rotation so we were still able to try a different place every night. For lunch, I definitely recommend the Garfield. The resort staff were second to none. I’m going to attempt to remember and thank each of those that really made effort to make our stay fun, safe and memorable: Thank you Oshane, Dwight and Michelle for keeping us strait and informed; Cecil and Travel for keeping the property clean and beautiful; Shanice, DJ Maze, Chevron, Bones (Worm) for keeping us dancing and entertained; Andre, Vernon, Ayanna, Antionette (AT), Jerome, Simon, Vesper, Safaree, Sheryl and Sadie for keeping us fed and the drinks flowing. Matthew and Alphonso for keeping us safe and masked up. I know I’m missing a lot more names (I’m sorry if I failed to mention someone because everyone I encountered was so hospitable). Beautiful country and beautiful people! One Love!
