We visited for a Disneyland trip from March 10th to March 13th 2020. Not that impressed with the Hilton Hotel. Staff at the front desk were not overly friendly. The attitude of the front desk is somewhat haughty. Hey, you work at a hotel behind the counter, cut the snobby elitist attitude and focus on customer service. I was expecting an improvement in the quality of the room since it is a Hilton Hotel. It looks like some of the other smaller hotels along Harbor Blvd and Katella have caught up in terms of their room quality because being inside the Hilton Hotel room I wouldn't be able to tell any difference between them. Positives: It is close to Disneyland. The rooms were clean and the maintenance staff (housekeeping) were friendly and polite. They kept the room cleaned. I won't come again. Not impressed. For less money, I can get the same quality at one of the other hotels nearby. I also don't like the nickel and diming for every little thing.

I was very disapointed by the moment of check in until the end. Trying to charge us on everything. Rooms were not cleaned all days. Huge problem of uncertain information from breakfast cupons, receptionist was not good on helping to find reservation. Always a problem with the key because she taught our room was not payed.

We are Hilton members, but didn't feel it made any difference as far as a better room when we went to check in. Asked for room away from elevator and we got one way at the other end that was worn and dark. Also, we prepaid thinking we would get the best rate, then saw the rate dropped a week later. Last year, our room was in better shape and brighter. We could hear a neighbor to the left of us as well as the people talking in the room below us through the window! I think there are newer hotels in the area that we will try for our next Disneyland trip.

I used to stay at Hilton properties because I admired the quality and consistency. However, I have not had that experience lately. I understand this is a Disneyland-area hotel near conf. center, so it gets a lot of wear-and-tear, but the conditions of my room and the property were a little disappointing. In room, there were lots of signs of wear, from beat-up furniture to worn-out fixtures. I stayed on the top floor and after a day in Disneyland with my family, I was alarmed to return to my room to find a bucket in front of it—the roof sprung a leak. Finally, I will probably NEVER order room service at a Hilton property again; I expected taxes, but after all the hotel’s add-on fees, the cost of my order was doubled ($7 just for a delivery fee. Really?? It’s ROOM service!). They were not upfront about these fees. Less than satisfied and will think twice next time I consider booking Hilton.
