I had a great stay at the Ace hotel. excellent rooms, amazing swimming pool and straordinario staff. the food is great. Excellent place to be for palm springs! relaxing and enjoying the beautiful city and all around areas. All common areas were very clean.

We just returned and were underwhelmed. The staff was hit or miss on the friendly scale. Lots of people hanging out in the jacuzzi until 2am, with loud noise and partying. If you are under 35 years old and love to party this is your place. If you do not like hearing your next door neighbor's conversations at 1:30am, this is not for you. We were referred by an industry friend who was trying to be kind but we should have stayed across the street at L-Horizon. We will know better next time.

Last Minute Getaway

We had a great stay at the Ace Hotel! It was a relaxing experience knowing the room was sanitized and all common areas were clean and tidy. We had a last minute getaway and loved the accommodations and the convenience for easy check in/check out. Can't wait to come back!

I have been staying at the Ace hotel in Palm Springs, every 4 weeks for the past 2 years. Pre COVID and during COVID. Every time I travel there I am treated respectfully and kindly by the entire staff. The pool bar is great and kings highway restaurant has some great options.

Loved everything about my recent stay (As always). I was working from the hotel and the internet connection was great. I loved having the enclosed patio outside my room - felt like my own personal oasis. The staff at the pool and everyone on the property were really friendly and helpful - as always. The bed was really comfortable and I always appreciate that the hotel is dog friendly. I love staying at the Ace. We'll be back!
