The best vacation all people around are very nice with my family and I thanks for all at the activities we have tons of fun Mariana ???? ???? ?????????????? she is our barbi girl thanks also to gama atvthe look she keep us we'll feed and hidratated

Good location walking distance to downtown and shopping. Room was ok view of the roof of the gym wasn’t super but didn’t spend alot of time in the room. Disappointed coffee bar wasn’t included in the all inclusive but a minor thing. Staff is what made the experience as good as it was. HUGE shout out to Ruben, Eflego and Orlando!!! Wonderful staff made a huge impression!!

We had a great experience. The food is good, the drinks are good and the staff is amazing. One staff member in particular that stands out is Isabel who works at the pool. She’s always there to get you what you need and she does it with a smile. She went above and beyond for us when she heard we were here celebrating our anniversary. She surprised us with a lovely cake by the poolside to help us celebrate. Isabel along with all the other amazing staff really made our trip.

We have been going to the Sheraton for the last three years and each time it’s been excellent. Andrea’s / Juan in the buffet have always provided my family with the best of service. They’ve gone above and beyond. The Sheraton facility is well maintained.

We love coming here . We have always had a great time and will continue to keep coming. Amazing hotel, amazing people and amazing view . We feel safe and leave feeling relax and happy . We especially want to thank Andres and Juan Rosas . Everytime We see them they always put a smile to our faces . They always go above and beyond for us . They are friendly and are amazing people . We hope to see them again when we come next time .
