This was our first time in Mexico, specifically Puerto Vallarta. We stayed at the all inclusive Villa Del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa. I have to say, the stay has been great so far. We just finished a special night on the beach. Saul, Francisco, and Mavy provided exceptional service. They made sure our family reunion (28 people) went off without a hitch. The service and food were excellent. They were well organized. They were very attentive to our needs and kept the drinks flowing! Kudos to Saul, Francisco, and Mavy for a job well done!

Francisco I’m, Saul y Mavy of food and beverages were very accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond in making our experience excellent. 30 members of our family gathered to celebrate our family. Mavy coordinated our wonderful special event and coordinated securing a wonderful mariachi for us. The ambiance was superb and the experience was unforgettable. Francisco insured that our drinks were served in a timely manner and Saul was excellent support staff. The food was delicious. I’m so glad that we came to the resort and were treated with kindness. I would definitely return.

Upon arrival we checked in. Melany was the agent at the front desk to help us with the process. She was very professional and courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. Everyone was so nice making sure that we were taking care and that we were enjoying all the services that Villa del Palmar offers. I been here in the past and I will be back again.

Every year, I enjoy my stay for so many reasons, but mostly because of the amazing staff - those are absolutely amazing: Reception members = Kenia R Entertainment = Tony, Ian, Liz Waiters = Joachim, Brian Barman = Cesar Housekeeping = Diana Concierge non-members = Margarita Concierge members = Monse Thanks to all of you for making a stay absolutely amazing!

I have to say, the service was exceptional. However, the other aspects were merely satisfactory. Nearly everything shut down quite early, although the food was generally enjoyable. The Sports Bar, my personal favorite, also closed super early. On a positive note, both the pools and the beach were lovely.
