Jinmi cardos and geoffrey stevens were the best. Very knowledgeable about the compound and everything in the area. Definetly chsnged my trip for the better. Thank you so much. I will definetly be Back with new friends and hope to see them again.

Gerardo Martinez who works at the snack bar above the pool is the best waiter HIGHLY recommend!! His service was impeccable, it was our last lunch at the resort he took beyond good care of us, had the bartender make us all these special shots to end off our last day at this beautiful place. You will not be disappointed at this resort including the service of the wait staff ! ??

Great experience and wonderful staff. Especially Isabel Soberano Pasillo who went above and beyond for my husband and I to make us feel warm and welcomed during our stay. She helped us find our way around the park. Room was very clean and food was delicious

A short trip to resort from hotel very informative on places on to visit a itle history lesson. From the wild life at the hotel amd beautiful beach front the different pools and food staff very friendly

We had an amazing visit to Occidental Xcaret. Our favorite place to eat was at the pool club resturaunt with Ramon and all of the other friendly staff! We enjoyed our room as well as the pools and bars. There is so much to do and it is all so much fun!
