    I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Nothing could have been better. The staff was extremely attentive and the hotel was wonderful. Great Job Manchester. You have gone above and beyond any expectation that i had.

    We recently spent a Sunday night at this Grand Hyatt. We’ve been Hyatt members for many years and I’ve always been very happy with the service. On this occasion we were quite upset when we got there and realized that there was a rock concert right outside our hotel until after 10:30 at night. You could hear it almost everywhere in the hotel. We decided since we were there only one night to just tolerate it instead of moving hotels. When we went to check out the next morning evidently a lot of people had complained. Including myself. I was surprised that Hyatt had not let us know about this ahead of time. Anyway, the reason for the four stars is that they reimbursed the price of our room after the fact to our credit card. They basically admitted and owned up to the error. Not many businesses today still have the integrity to do that. I just wanted to say kudos to Hyatt for that!!!

    The hotel is amazingly beautiful, well located within walking distance from the USS Midway and close to the city park. You can find a Cheesecake Factory just around the corner. There’s parking at the hotel but it’s paid and nobody never told us that. Front desk staff - ok. We expected more. Also they charge you to deliver food to your room from their own restaurants... I thought the rooms would be a bit bigger. We stayed for 2 nights and on the second the room looked the same we left the day before, except that the beds were made. They didn’t clean out papers and dirt, they left like it was. Also never replaced the amenities (Balmain, by the way). We did have a nice view from the harbor and the pool. But we expected so much more from this hotel... it was a little bit disappointing for us. The worst was the lousy housekeeping service...

    Nothing special, staff was nice and accommodating, as expected. Fitness room was nice and had plenty of options. Maids missed some items each time. Fa la la. Says I have to be at least 200 characters so I am trying to stretch it out.

    I came to this hotel for a massive conference and it was great! The hotel is modern and very nice. My coworker forgot her straightener and they had a list of things, including a straightener, to borrow from the hotel and be brought up to the room. There is a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. The space for the conference was very impressive.
