The caring staff at the resort (the concierge, the restaurant hosts, front desk, housekeeping people, and the gardeners) went above and beyond the call of duty. They did so much to make our stay the enjoyable experience it was. Our spacious suite was kept exceptionally clean. We loved swimming in the large pool. The location was ideal--a short walk to both the beach and the village. The food we had at the hotel's restaurant was very good, and once we found out how expensive most of the restaurants in the village were, we were sorry we had not taken the meal plan at the hotel.

My husband and I spent 10 days at Coco Palm in January to celebrate my 50th Birthday. We had an amazing, easy and relaxing time. Our clean and spacious patio pool view room was great. Ideally located 5 minutes walk from Reduit Beach and a few minutes from shops and restaurants. We were all inclusive, 2 restaurants on site but we mainly ate at Ti Banane or at the bar. Really good, fresh and varied food, Compliments to the chefs. Large pool and sunbeds with mattresses. Several seating areas for chilling in or out of the sun with a beer, wine or cocktail. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Here are just a few of them who helped make our stay special from reception, bar and restaurant. Ashton, Patricia, Yannel, Cassilde, Curline, Charles, Lance, Garnette, Christian, Dwight and Princess. Thank you.

we've just returned from a week's stay - in a garden view room, 2nd floor. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. I would say the hotel needs an update generally - but our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was really small and rather disappointing I thought.- no where to sit out and relax with a book or a drink. OK view and the gardens are well kept. Beware of noisy dogs in next property. Ground floors have more outdoor space.Rooms have AC (my husband found this noisy, but not a problem for me) and ceiling fans, which feel really nice and cool. Bathrooms had a lovely shower - but again, needs an update. The pool area is a bit tatty but the hotel is replacing some of the very worn out loungers, which will improve things. Reception and bar areas are nice - the restaurant served delicious breakfasts and the best place to sit is just outside, on the covered veranda. We noticed some swim up rooms, which looked nice, but they don't get the afternoon sun, and could potentially be a bit noisy. The beach is reached across the road in about 4-5 minutes - lovely spot, with the local bar at the far end. The hotel is well placed for being in the centre of town, and its a (noisy) 20-30 minute main road walk to the Marina. Tip; take a local bus to Castries ($2.25EC) - worth a look. Overall, a good place to use as a base - I would recommend B&B so that you get to experience other places. I wouldn't choose the All Inc option though.. it's a pretty basic hotel, but clean, nice gardens and ideal for a week in this glorious part of the world. Excursions aren't cheap but there's lots of choices.Either book in reception or in the town. The International Airport is a good 1.30 plus hours away and will cost $90 one way.

We chose Coco Palm because we didn’t want a large resort. With only 50 something rooms it definitely hit the spot. There is plenty of character and the room was spacious and well appointed. Our garden view room didn’t have much of a view, but we didn’t spend time looking out of the window - it was much nicer to sit outside by the pool or the verandah by the bar and restaurant. The small size meant that it was easy to get chatting with other guests, which we enjoyed. The food in both restaurants was excellent and the best we’ve had on all-inclusive (we’ve not tried the 5 star places). It was lovely to find that the lunch and evening menus were all la carte except on Friday evening (our least favourite) and the Sunday brunch buffet, which was amazing and accompanied by live steel pan music. The presentation of the food in Ti Banane was particularly good and all the waiting staff were lovely. The bar staff, too, were superb as were the cocktails! In fact, it’s the staff that really make this hotel. We were always greeted with a smiling face and everyone really seemed to enjoy working there and were endlessly helpful. I won’t single anyone out because they were all so wonderful and felt like friends by the end of our stay. In terms of location, it’s a few minutes from Rodney Bay village, which has two shopping malls. It’s also a 5 minute walk to Reduit Beach if you use the local short cut. That part of the beach is quiet and I enjoyed snorkelling there. The downsides? Well, there is no sea view from the hotel, but if there had been we probably couldn’t have afforded to stay there. It didn’t seem to trouble most people, with lots of return guests. With 11 nights there, we would have liked a change of menu at some point, but we always found plenty we liked so it wasn’t really a problem except at the Creole Grill, which had a smaller menu. Overall, well done Coco Palm

Cocopalm will get a 6/5 rating from me. Stayed there from Feb 8-12 with my bf for his bday trip & we had an amazing time. With the all inclusive package you have food and drinks galore. The food at both restaurants T binanne and creole was on point. The chefs take their time to prepare, present and provide a wide array of dishes. Buffet and A la carte options are available. The service was beyond magnificent. The waiters, recepionist and Bartenders are friendly (service with a smile) especially Christian, Princess, Dwight and Yanell. The rooms are immaculate clean and the cleaner comes by daily to change laundry. The pool is nice and beach is located walking distance away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stayed and dont regret anything about staying at Cocopalm. We will definitely be back and anyone going St Lucia thats the place to stay. Well done to Cocopalm and their management keep up the great work.
