What we're looking for

Cabin crew member requirements

To be a cabin crew member, you must:

  • Be a Canadian citizen or hold a valid Canadian permanent residency card
  • Be fluent in English
  • Possess a valid passport
  • Complete and pass a criminal background check
  • Complete and pass a functional physical assessment to ensure you are able to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Complete and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening test


If successful, you will need to be available for a four-to-six-week paid training course.
