Stayed from 10th April for 9 days with friends Fantastic - those poor reviews out there absolute nonsense - don’t be out off by them Positives- great location and an easy walk to Sandy Lane beach which is stunning Food- considering only 2 restaurants the choice was not repetitive - well presented and tasted good. Buffet breakfast and lunch was varied - the girls on the egg station thank you - always ?? staff in the restaurant always happy to help too many names to remember Donna was a queen and the lady that got us the coconut water , thank you. The bar staff just ask them they will make it a great Harvey wallbanger shaken to taste. The pool guys keeping the pool clean - Jermaine who serves the drinks poolside what a great guy always ready for your order and a good laugh thank you from Paul and Nigel (Jessie) ?? Caroline the GM always around first thing and in the day for a chat The room number 264 lovely and clean lots of room a little noisy at times when clearing up pool and bar area Entertainment - varied and lovely singers finishes by 11 so if you want late night they have the piano bar. Cons - sunbeds why do people feel the need to keep their beds all day and they are not there. Yes hotel staff could perhaps stop this first thing but I feel it is down to selfish people. If you are going off to the beach or a trip for a few hours - take your towels off the beds . We will be back hopefully one day we had a great stay. I stayed at the hotel from April 11 through April 15 .... Let's start at the RESORT FEE!!! That apparently is not included when you book your room. They call it incidentals, and have you sign for when you check in, but you are not made aware of the additional $100 until check out! There were a certain members of the staff that were extremely nice and helpful but the great majority were not. They Do not give the same service to all the guests. It was like a golden corral, Motel 6, shut down at 10 o'clock type of place. I don't understand why it's called a resort. It is nothing like a resort. Accommodations at a place can make a break my trip and this really broke my trip. I was very happy for the group that I traveled with because They made my experience in Barbados wonderful.

I would not recommend. Some of the staff are friendly and some not so much. The food choices are poor. My room barely cool as the Air Conditioners were old and hardly blew cold air. No hot water in the bathroom so cold showers every day. Would NOT recommend.

Club Barbados Resort and Spa was AMAZING! We just got back. We own in Grand Cayman so I was concerned my expectations would be too high but this place was incredible. The water is literally steps away from the restaurant and bar and oceanside rooms. Best sunsets I have ever seen! The food was delicious - lots of variety! And the drinks were delicious and strong. The staff were all so friendly and they would make any accommodation you needed. They all got along so well and happy to be working. Very clean resort. It is on small side so everything is walking distance. Entertainment every nite. I like to be in bed by 10 pm after a long day of ocean but for the niteowls they had a piano bar until 2 am. This was my first adults only vacay and while I love children it was wonderful not hearing screaming kids all week. The GM of the resort walks around all day to make sure guests are happy. She really does a great job. We will DEFINITELY go back !

We stayed in a beautiful ocean view room. The Front desk staff Tonya and Cathyann were so helpful. Sherry and Mia, at the hostess station welcomed us for every meal and the food was always fresh and delicious. We had made to order omelettes and fried eggs by Shanika and Adrienne, who couldn't have been nicer. Antonia served us Americana expresso & frothed milk every morning with a smile. The wait staff in the restaurant were amazing, they love their jobs, LaDonna, Iesha, Karleen, Lasandra always asking how our stay was going. We swam, kayaked, paddle boarded, did water aerobics with Adam, played volleyball and used the gym. If you can't be active here, that's on you! The drinks are made to perfection, Jamar, Guye and so many others were just wonderful! The entertainment is a plus though after a day full of activity, we didn't see it every night and my knees were too tired to dance. Damian carried our luggage down when we left, such a nice guy. I left my favorite travel mug at the bar on the morning of our last day and a staff member tracked me down at the check out area and gave it to me just before our cab picked us up. They knew who it belonged to and knew I was leaving. I couldn't have been more pleased with my entire experience.
