Omg! Stefan at 1609 was very kind, patient, & respectful! He understood my complicated drink request & surprised me with one that I would have NEVER ordered. His attention to detail is exceptional and he should be rewarded everyday. Be sure to ask for his service!

I overall had a great time at 1609. The drinks were amazing the bartender was very attentive as we sat at the bar. Special shoutout to Stephan he gave us great recommendations and made great drinks and made our time very special and memorable. 1609 you’re off to a great start.

We went to 1609 and everything was great! Our server Sumit was very attentive and Stephan our bartender was phenomenal. As locals we love coming here for great food and service. Would definitely recommend to locals and visitors alike. 10/10

Service was fantastic, Stefan the Bartender and Sumit and Maxson, and Tah-ni are great. The Birria and piri piri chicken wings paired with the handshaken colada was delicious. The old fasbioned agave drink is a must try and the spice fries, A+.

I was pleased to stop by 1609 to the bar. I enjoyed the drinks made by Stefan Dill so much that I stayed for dinner and had the Mexican burger. Stefan kindly obliged my request to make a mango lemon drop less sweet. It was delicious, and I felt well taken care of.
