The hotel is excellent, free breakfast, nice interior helpful staff. I got an upgrade for free and a free extension and a ride to airport. Thanks so much for the help, really helped me to smooth things out for a stressful trip in terms of time schedules

Stayed here again. The price was good and the hotel is clean and in great new condition. We decided to walk to the hotel as the shuttle stops operating at midnight I believe and I wanted to get some fresh air. Was a good 20 minute walk to the hotel but was a pleasant evening in Calgary so did not mind. Front desk staff was quick and efficient at checking us in. A good hotel.

Convenient location. Great room layout. Clean room and bathroom with lots of towels. Buffett was just okay. The Buffett room was dirty. Staff does not wipe down tables between guests. Guests were using paper napkins to wipe the tables.

Friendly staff , close to airport , nice shuttle and good food . We will definitely use again when in the area . We always liked the Hyatt’s chain hotels and this one is in the same range it is also less than 10 mn drive from airport and offer a very good continental breakfast . The food at the bar is practical and really good .

There were 3 different hairs in the bed when I pulled the comforter down to go to bed. It was gross. They sent housekeeping and she took the hairs off the sheets. Thanks….. I could have done that myself. They should have compensated us in some way. The hair was a real turnoff. No toiletries in the bathroom except for one bar of soap. Not impressed. We were too tired to change rooms late at night or start changing bedding. Very unprofessional that we weren’t compensated in any way.
