    Very nice condo

We stayed here for 12 nights and it was very nice. The only reason I only gave it 4 stars was because it does not have central air and the air conditioner does not cool the bedroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need.

Enjoying my stay at Kihei Akahi D311. Beautiful ocean view, fully set up kitchen, washer and dryer, all that we need. Very comfortable new queen bed. Can not beat the spectacular sunset from the lanai! Thank you Paradise Vacations Inc., for the wonderful rental.

I definitely do NOT recommend this condo for families with children. We were on the main level looking into the court yard. Whenever we were out on our lanai or the kids were on the grass we would have a grouchy man named John who lives across the courtyard yell things at us. We went and spoke to security to see if we were doing anything wrong and the lady said he’s a owner and he does this to lots of families, he taunts them. It was like a game for him... he waited on his lazy boy inside looking out the window starring into our condo and whenever we would come out to sit he would come outside immediately and either say weird things or just stare at us. He did it to other families as well, it’s clear he isn’t a “big kid guy”. It was an extremely uncomfortable 2 week experience and all condos face into the courtyard so if you do book this I’d highly recommend not having kids. The pools/grounds were mediocre and best, I would definitely spend the extra money for a nice pool/condo next time.

Kihei Akahi is a larger condo development with a wide variety of vacation rentable condos. Well located, across from Kihei beaches, and close to eating and shopping. Older buildings and fairly dense construction.

Positives -great view of ocean -management company worked with us on early checking and late checkout -nicely furnished -quiet -grounds and complex were very nice and pools were maintained well Negatives -a/c is only for living room —always nervous about having to empty drip pan to avoid fines —never cooled the bedroom which was intolerably hot —tv blocked the a/c which impaired air flow -I will never use this unit again
