This was our first time at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. We had an ocean front room. It was a bit too small for my husband, daughter and I as there was only 1 king bed and a sofa bed but we made it work. Full kitchen and walk-in distance to Napili bay.

This was our third trip to Maui, and we decided to stay on the west side and found a studio with a full kitchen at Napili Shores. It is a very affordable resort, compared to others nearby and in Kapalua, just steps from Napili Bay beach, and a short walk to Kapalua Bay. If people-noise isn't your thing, rent the more expensive studios/one bedroom units facing the ocean. While our lanai view was lovely and protected by lush plumeria trees, the noise-level was a bit ridiculous. Sound carries across the greens well enough to hear the announcers share the score from someone's tv across the way, and if a small group gathers at the BBQ area every word can be heard loud and clear. If you rent here think "motel rooms", and you'll remember to bring ear plugs and to meet your adjacent neighbors so you can govern your own noise through the paper thin walls. The kitchen in the studio was really nice - full sized appliances and well outfitted to cook our dinners and stock up for lunches. The pools are clean and very pleasant, and the sunsets on the lawn are exactly what romantics are looking for.

Really enjoyed our stay at Napili shores. Great location, nice rooms, lovely grounds. Napili beach is a very nice beach, the nearby bay is excellent for snorkelling. The only downside is the rooms aren't very well soundproofed. Overall we enjoyed our time at Napili Shores.

Quite far north and not so busy. Very friendly and hosting two restaurants including the very popular Gazebo for breakfast and lunch. Great first location for us and room was excellent and clean with easy parking.

This resort can be booked through Outrigger resorts or from private owners through VRBO. We chose the VRBO option and were very happy with Unit 131. It was fully equipped including some beach gear (chairs, cooler packs, boogie boards) and even some condiments in the kitchen. This unit is a studio right by the garden pool and Koi pond. The resort does have nice ocean view units and very nice ocean front units. There is also a very famous breakfast and lunch restaurant The Gazebo. The resort is just a few steps to Napili Bay which has good snorkeling, scuba, boogie boarding as well as calm areas for the young ones. A very short distance away is Kapalua bay which is even better for snorkeling and scuba. There are well maintained barbecues on the property
