Resort Fees are just Plain Ripoff
Travel25346533585 on Mar 23, 2024
Yet another property with $50 a night resort fees. $57 a night with tax, a night, for nothing. I have no problem paying a resort fee for value but not for nothing. At least the Poker Room still runs 24 Hours, The Dealers can be heavy handed. $1/$3 is for Beginners, not the WSOP. Many people speak languages other than English during the Game in an attempt to cheat. My Girlfirend is a Proffesor of Ligustics and we rolled these cheaters like Drunks.
Astronomical prices

This hotel is very impressive, but please, do not eat or drink here, it is astronomical! €11.99 for a lime and soda and €14 for a tiny bottle of water from mini bar. Just not called for, the same bottle was €11 dollars cheaper in the supermarket!! We have stayed at the New York New York and Venetian, (which is spectacular) before and in our opinion, both have better atmosphere and much better service. Caesars is overpriced and overrated. Come on Caesars, have a look at your charges! We'll be back to Vegas, but will not stay here!
Wow! Wow! Wow!

This hotel was absolutely fantastic! We were upgraded the staff were total perfection. I have read some of the previous reviews and honestly I feel we stayed at a different hotel. It was everything and more than we could have imagined. What an amazing hotel. We have stayed in some beautiful hotels all around the world but this hotel was magnificent. We would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Thank you Ceasars Palace for making our 30th Wedding Anniversary and 60th Birthday celebrations super special. We loved it!!!!
Don’t stay at Planet Hollywood
Buonanno1973 (Vancouver, Canada) on Mar 23, 2024
Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. We had to change rooms twice; once because of noise and unclean shower (pubic hairs on the floor-gross) and second move because of the window being covered with black mesh with a ton of dead moths stuck to it and a broken toilet handle. Each room had peeling wallpaper, and loose bathroom fixtures. Got charged 25.00 to rent a crappy aluminum lounger at pool on top of our 54.00 daily resort fee. Cocktails were 34.99 plus gratuity. Yikes According to supervisor, the 25.00 is not a money grab it’s a legit fee. Haha Oh and your resort fee does not include pool, only the wifi and fitness room. The 4th day our room was not cleaned and we had to call down at 9:00pm to get fresh towels. They also refused to take out our garbage. So we put it in a bag and left it in hallway as requested to do. Wow Oh and they don’t even provide coffee or tea in rooms. So if you want a coffee go down to the lobby and get yourself a 6.00 coffee at Starbucks. Needless to say that is the first and last time we will step foot in Planet Hollywood. Will never recommend this hotel and will share this story with everyone we know. Staff at the hotel were lovely, but it doesn’t make up for the hefty prices and lack of quality. When we spoke with managers and supervisors they seemed indifferent to our complaints. They ended up giving us a 75.00 credit, which did not come close to compensating us for the hassle and frustrations we endured for 5 days. Vegas as much as we love you; you disappointed this time around.
Nice hotel! Great location!

The hotel was very nice!!! You could tell how high end it is, just beautiful!! When we went the hotel was packed, and people checking in every day...was crazy! The hotel is huge, though... like you could stay and never leave. The rooms were nice and spacious enough, I've never stayed in a 2 queen room that offered a couch in it, so that was surprisingly good. Staff was friendly, however my complaints are the fact you can only have 2 lines of interest use for free, and have to pay for Internet, if using any other. There was 3 of us, so we managed, but I would expect people with young kids and 2 or more kids, this may be a problem as kids like to play games on tablets. Also there is a coffee machine in the room, but be aware YOU have to PAY for coffee!!! It is not free in your room! And last complaint.... I wanted a cup, a simple cup of water, and I went up to a bar to ask for one and straight up was told I would have to pay $2.00. I looked at the bartender and asked "$2.00" and he said "yep". Like WHAT!!!! I mean a cup of water they charge you for, ridiculous!!! My throat was scratchy and I wasn't feeling well so the fact you have to pay $2.00 for a simple cup of water, which they have because I saw the bartender getting water for other patrons. I was absolutely appalled and because of that my husband said we will never stay there again!! Ridiculous!!! Like even at Disney World, which is high priced, you can get a simple cup of water for free. Never ever been told I would have to pay for just a cup of water, outrageous! And I know $2.00 is not breaking the bank, but it's the principle that for a simple cup of water you should NOT be charged!! I'll give it 5 stars since the hotel is very nice and all, but be aware you get charged for about everything.
