We stayed at Excalibur 3 of the 5 nights in Vegas and I had the pleasure meeting Rena S. a couple different occasions at Excalibur rewards desk. She is not only very kind but goes above and beyond with her customer service! Thank you Rena! There needs to be more of you in this world??

Customer service was wonderful. Front desk and players club agents were so helpful and sweet. The room was stunning ?? Thank you for an amazing visit.

First trip to Vegas. Our stay at Excalibur was good! We had clean rooms, easy access to tram, monarail, and the cross walk. Ubering was easy and so was renting a car from Avis at Excalibur hotel. Employees were friendly and help point us in the right direction.

We had fun and the casino were able to get some bonuses and some features, but the room was poor not especially clean. Light fixtures were rusted where they attached to the ceiling. Shower was OK. Rooms are dated and unattractive. If you get it for a really budget price, it’s OK but I would prefer to pay a little more and stay somewhere nicer.

The bedding was clean but not the room. Self check in was exceptional and the price was great. I will stay there again.
