This is a great place to stay, away from the strip accesible by car, shuttle and public bus. 20 minutes walking. Rooms are confortable and clean, stuff is friendly. Good option are enough and very tasty. Great space for vacation ... can’t tell more because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.????

There for a blues festival, stayed a week, hotel and decor obviously geared to music,so stages, seating and sound were first rate. All pools but Breathe open. Dined at Mr. Lucky's and MB steak (The Morton bros.) First rate and great service. The hotel and casino staff was very helpful, fun and friendly. Casino host Ray James, who we did not meet, was very friendly and enhanced our stay. Enjoyed side trips to Hoover dam and Red Rock Canyon

The Hardrock was very disappointing. Beautiful pools can be seen from your room but only one (Nirvana) was open and only from 9 to 6pm. We weren't allowed to even bring a small bottle of water or any food into the pool area. We bought chips and water at a store on site but still had to return the whole way around the venue to take them back to our room before being allowed into the pool. Prices for food and drinks were ridiculous. A pina colada was $17 U.S. dollars at the pool for the small size and lite beer was $9. Our room was only occasionally cleaned and not very well when it was done. Dust everywhere. The pillows are worn out and terrible. I don't understand why anyone would stay at this hotel. Had we not been there for a music festival we would have moved to another hotel. Hopefully the new owner brings it back to life.

The Fitness Center is located near the spa in the HRH Tower. It is very narrow like a hallway with some treadmills, elliptical, & weight machines. The fitness room includes dumb bell weights which are 1 pair of weights up to 5,8, 12, 17.5, 25, 30, 35lbs, weighted rubber training balls up to 12lbs, one large and small size and 2 semi size stability balls, and 1 bench with little floor space to work on. Fitness room is slim compared to other hotels.

Sad ending for a one time Vegas hot spot

The Hard Rock Hotel is closing later this year and it shows. Once a Vegas hot spot of the strip it is now just a fading memory like many of the other legendary hotels. The property was sold to the Virgin group and is going to close for a re-branding sometime in early 2020. The HRH was still clean but was showing signs of decline as they knew they were closing and just said F#%k it. No sense in repair/replace anything, we'll just close the wing. Kind of a lame duck just waiting to die. Once a happening place filled with a buzz of energy and the place to see or be seen, this stay was like a opening a soda bottle that has gone flat with no fix. The guest room as a clean and well appointed. However the little things we disappointing. The bars of soap, and shampoo, conditioner & lotion bottles were just sad generic packaging that just add to the feeling of decline at this property. I'll keep the fun memories I have on the HRH from staying here over the years. But I can not recommend booking a room at this property unless it was really value priced. I was rather disappointing in our overall stay and that we overpaid for the room vs. the experience we were thinking we would have gotten. There are several accommodation options in Vegas. Pass on this one.
