Active Advisories
Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Great hotel with wonderful staff! I highly recommend this establishment. I was greeted daily with genuine friendly staff members and housekeepers. They were engaging, fun spirited, and I enjoyed the small conversations I was able to have with many of them. The baristas were absolutely lovely and made delicious lattes for me each morning. And was given a rose by the front desk ladies on International Women's Day. That was such a sweet gesture.
Not the place to rent if you want to sleep

So this hotel definitely needs upgrades to their walls. As others have noted, they are extremely thin and it's more like a motel vs a hotel and certainly not the same caliber of a Hyatt Regency brand that you would expect. The pricing seemed reasonable at first during an off season time frame during the week but keep in mind they add in a $40 day 'resort fee' (plus $4 tax on that) and there really is nothing at all i can see 'resort' like at this place. Plus $47 per night for valet parking (but only "$40" for self parking) - i honestly wouldn't have even minded the extra charges if there was a way to possibly get sleep. I could completely hear the family conversation of the kids and parents next door, and there was a big opening at the bottom of the door to the room (#119 i believe) so you heard every footstep/conversation as someone walked by. In addition, the people in and out above us got up at 4 am and stomped around - then the next people coming in were up till 1 am. I don't normally give negative reviews but if you are booking a hotel for a place to sleep, i would definitely consider an alternative place. FYI, I did talk to a staff member at the front desk to try to get a different room and was told there was no other availability and nothing they could do.
