    Plus - Wonderful and helpful staff - the food was above standard. Minus - The pool deck was being redone during the two weeks and it would have helped to know this as we would have picked another hotel. There are 3 pools and one was closed periodically but it was the jack-hammering and picking concrete noise that forced us out onto the beach and away from the noise. Still, we were well served on the beach. I would return to this hotel in the future.

    We upgraded for very little and it was great. You do get a wrist band but it is also your room key so that was awesome. You can leave everything in your out room. We had maid service twice a day. Staff were great. Concierge was awesome. They booked us a car and helped with booking a scuba dive. Waiters at the pool so you don’t even have to get up or out of the pool. I highly recommend this property.

    Don't leave anything of value in your room!

    Great food and buffet but otherwise average. Left my phone charger in the room at check out and tried to get someone to go retrieve it before it went missing for good but to no avail. Not impressed with the promises to return my calls and report back, waiting in my room at another resort we booked for one day for over an hour. Not something you need to be dealing with on your last day of vacation! Someone probably the cleaning staff must have stolen the charger as I went back the next day and looked for it on our way to the airport.

    just got home from 10 days at grand faro...our experience was great even though 2 weeks back we read so maney bad reviews .about everything form food to renovations being bad...we found that it was totally opposite it was great ..big storm went through so 2 pools were out for a day...they ran outta beer at pool bar ..and grey goose vodka.....a little noisy at times but when it was done its so much nicer...food and drink and staff are great we stayed in a ocean view premier section was perfect.. we are planning to go back next year...with a bigger group

    Staff was exceptional during entire visit. Food was good for an all-inclusive. TV options for visitors from USA was very limited. No coverage of college sports at all. The facility is very nice and comfortable. A very good value.
